Went through the drive thru this evening…the food wasn’t really hot when I got it but the kid at the window was so polite and professional. He seemed to be doing most of the work while two other boys were chatting with each other. Wish I caught his name because he deserves a raise and a pat on the back.

We went through the drive-thru this evening at 8:42 p.m. It was a slow night for the restaurant at this time due to the storms earlier in the evening. No one was inside the restaurant, and no one was behind us in the drive-thru. We obviously had too much faith in this Arby's because we didn't check our meal until we got home. Once home, we realized we got something completely different than what we ordered, even though no one else was ordering at that time. The person who took our order spoke mumbled, broken English, and the incorrect meals we received looked terrible and tasted worse. This will be the last time we ever visit this Arby's.

I’ve came here nearly everyday for months now as I work around the corner . Today I order my usual milkshakes with no whip cream. Except I order 3 2 for friends . One friend no longer wanted his so when I got to the window I asked to remove one . The manager of the store was working the window obviously not happy about it . He responded by telling that if I changed my mind again he wouldn’t accommodate it . I said that’s fine I’m sure I don’t want it . Then he put whip cream on all the shakes , when I told him I asked for no whip cream he responded by saying “ I never said anything of it “, I come here everyday and always say it the same , never been a problem when he wasn’t at the window . He then took the shakes back , and used the lids to scrape the whip cream off , mostly unsuccessfully then tried to give them to me . I refused because that didn’t seem professional, I had been smoking a black and mild when he commented no to come back through his drive through “high” but it’s was obvious I was smoking tobacco . While checking my food he came back to the window and asked if I needed anything else in a rude manner as to imply he wanted me to pull off . I responded by telling him I need a little hospitality actually and he responded by saying never come back here lol which is fine because there’s Arby’s everywhere waiting to offer decent hospitality and professionalism .
