I want this place to be good, but it's just not. The Azul in Park Circle is great, from food quality to service. This one is none of the service is terrible. Food quality is mediocre to just bad. I will not be back again. The place was also completely dead, so it's not just me.

Most disgustingness Mexican food ever. The salsa is made out of tomato paste 🤮 the pico de gallo was horrible it was like store bought not fresh at all. The rice was dry. The refried beans was watery. The guacamole was imitation not fresh and original. Fajitas was good just to salty in some parts. Will not ever go there again.

So I placed an order for pickup. I went in and was like hey can I get a side of sour cream. I even had a dollar on me and was willing to pay for it. The lady explained the side of sour cream is really small and it would be $2.16. I was like I can get a whole thing of sour cream from the grocery store for 2 bucks. I explained I had $1.50 on me and she said no its 2.16. I was so surprised that they wouldnt just offer to just get me the side of sour cream. I even said, how about you just refund my pickup order. The lady got her boss and he came over and said since I placed the order through doordash, I would have to request the refund from them. In my mind the fact that they were willing to proceed with a refund rather than provide me with a side of sour cream is insane. I will never come back here or recommend this place. The customer service is horrible.

Terrible customer service. The bartender disappeared for over 30 minutes with no one watching the bar. She then came back and started sneezing like crazy then proceeded to wash her hands with no soap. They messed up my to go food and I had to ask 3x for to go silverware. I can see what the place is completely empty.

Ate there a couple nights ago. Food was bland, cold, and not cooked all the way. Chips tasted like out of a Sam’s club bag and salsa like spaghetti sauce. Won’t be going back. As super basic as it gets. All the floors were sticky. Better Mexican food in Summerville, SC elsewhere

Everything was horrible! I ordered a chalupa and they gave me a tostado saying that’s how they make it here. I also got a chicken burrito which was very cold so i told them , they went and heated the same burrito up instead of making me a new one! No one could understand what i was saying the drinks were syrupy and watered down. To top it off me and my date got food poisoning immediate after almost threw up in the car on the way home. Terrible experience, this place should be shut down!!

FOUND METAL OBJECT IN MY FOOD. I used to frequent this location because I loved their street tacos. I've never had a bad experience. Until the last order I placed on 10/22. My husband comes to and says, I think I just broke my tooth. Thankfully he didn't, but what he found was more disturbing. A piece of metal, not even the staple they use to attach the receipt (it was a to go order) which he was able to spit out. Had he swallowed this, it could have been tragic. The customer service i received was unexpected and I WILL NEVER eat at any of their restaurants. They treated me as if I was a liar. They never returned my call as promised or even apologized or investigated the incident. I didn't even ask for my money back, I simply wanted an acknowledgement and apology but didn't get that. Businesses these days like you until you have a bad experience then are unwilling to provided you with the most minimal customer care. JUST CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE EATING IT. I had a picture of the metal object but wasn't able to post and I did send it to them.
