Food was 0-10 (Enchiladas). They firstly were only warm while the plate was extremely hot. I’m assuming it was microwaved. The server I had couldn’t properly understand English, had to get help from another server to translate to her what I was trying to say. I was not satisfied with the shell they use for Enchiladas. I asked for a replacement or re cooked in a tortilla shell, the server takes my food away with the other plates on the table, and only comes back with tortilla shells wrapped in aluminum foil. When asked what was I supposed to eat it with, the server has to call in the other person to understand what I’m saying. She then takes the tortilla from the table and balls it up, then brings out I’m assuming the manager. The manager asks what’s wrong I’m specially telling him, the enchiladas are hard, chewy, rubbery, just not good at all. I’m asking could I get a replacement or recooked, he says whatever I get will be an up charge. I had to tell him I am not paying for the Enchiladas because I did not eat them. I had also gotten a beef and cheese burrito which again was only warm with a extremely hot plate but wasn’t as bad as the Enchiladas. Just overall I wouldn’t come back to this place.

Really, really good Mexican food! Chips, salsa, meat all outstanding!
Very good food! Very quick too. Honestly, the last time I sat in a Mexican "inspired" restaurant drive-thru, it took longer in the drive-thru than it took for my food to be prepared and brought to the table! Friendly service and excellent pricing.I thought the server didn't charge us for the sodas or something, turned out it was just a great price!!

Update - Today's service was the best service experience my family has ever had at Azul. I hate that I cannot remember the name of the gentleman that helped us today, but he alone 100% my impression that service at Azul was a lost cause. Thanks so much for this experience! ?Good service. Menu is not gigantic like some other local places and I think that is why our meal was outstanding. Best calamari I have ever had! You really get your moneys worth in portion size too. They passed the taco test also which is a big deal to me for the kids. So many places serve a stale shell with old meat in their tacos, theirs was fresh and delicious. Will definitely be back there again soon ??

Absolutely horrible! Walking through the restaurant our shoes stuck to the floor. Ordered my food, food received was wrong sent it back came back wrong again! I will never be back. If I could have given no stars I would have!
