Waited 5 minutes at the box in drive through. We had to keep talking to the box until after another 30 seconds someone finally answered us. Drive thru was empty and the lobby wasnt too busy as well. So I am confused as to why we waited

Drive-thru took forever! I ordered bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a country half biscuit. When I finally got to the window and paid she told me the eggs are going to take a minute. To pull up I sat there for 10 minutes watching over seven cars behind to go through the drive-thru and get their food I finally backed up and blocked the line so nobody else could go through and they brought my food out

HORRIBLE!! Would never recommend this bojangles. We waited over 40 minuets for our food to have to go inside to even see my food sitting there. The people inside were rude and said they said 6 more min when we waiting for another 15 min. But nobody said 6 more min to even begin with.

My Mom and I visited from New York, and stopped here for lunch. Carolyn took very good care of us- she is one special lady! Carolyn is very hospitable! We love her spirit.

3 nights in a row I did a pickup amd had to wait am extended amount of time. Tonight I waited 19min for an order. Not the best communication to customers. Employees going to break while lobby and drive-thru are filled with people and employees walking around on their phone not even asking if a customer had been helped.

Had to repeat order multiple times over drive thru and still received chicken supremes instead of chicken leg and a medium Diet Coke instead of large half sweet/ half unsweet tea. I received no receipt, napkins or utensils to eat Mac and Cheese with. The person preparing asked had I cashed out like she wanted me to move out of drive thru. I told her I was yet to get my food or the lemonade I ordered. I tried calling the store to inform if issues and they let the phone ring off the hook until someone picked up only to hang up. LAST TIME I VISIT THIS LOCATION!

The people working in this place don't greet you, seem exceedingly angry all the time and don't like to greet you or use words.

Great food; employees act like they are furious for you walking in the door to order food. Forget the drive thru- they won’t answer if they don’t feel it. Please hire staff who are professional and friendly.

Very unorganized and rude staff. Intentionally keep drive through lines long so ppl can leave the line. Needs to do better. Drive threw cashiers rude and nonchalant

I am not one to write reviews but Patricia did an amazing job tending to all the customers in here on a very busy night. She took care of not only me, but everyone waiting and made me feel right at home. Some of the best customer service I have ever encountered.

The food was okay. The biscuit I got was kind of tough and the country ham was overcooked the agent at the window did not smile

Had to wait 30 minutes for our food in the drive through after we got told to pull off and that our food would come out. We watched multiple cars pass by and had to go inside just to see them just getting started on our food, which was missing half the items.
