I am so impressed with the friendliness of the staff and management. I live out of state and my family and I wanted to purchase several gift cards. Neil went out of his way to be so accommodating and friendly even when there were obstacles to overcome. I truly appreciate his kindness!

I took my daughter to Bruster’s yesterday and was looking forward to the 2 for $8 deal on small waffle cone ice creams, which has been advertised via email until September 14th. Unfortunately, this is the second time we’ve visited and the deal was not honored—we were still charged regular price. Because of this, we won’t be returning. On the positive side, the staff is quick, the ice cream is great, and the location is convenient.

What a great experience! I have tons of food allergies and typically can't eat at restaurants! Our family decided to go for ice cream and Neil took so much time answering my questions and helping me find something on the menu I could have! Before today, it had been years since I've been able to enjoy ice cream! I don't know if he knows what a big deal that was for me. I'm so thankful! The whole staff is delightful and they keep everything very clean!
