Employees are rude, food items are consistently missing from takeout/delivery, I've never had to wait any less than 15 minutes passed the time I was scheduled to pick up my order. They're slow and lazy and just don't care. Beyond that I find it shocking that a company as large as BWW does not force their locations to set up delivery orders in a taped up brown bag to make sure the delivery driver they do not employ themselves does not steal or mess with the food. Bottom barrel, poor planning, and it shows in the product.
11/21/25 - another delivery order placed another item prepared incorrectly, their success rate is well below 50% 12/6/25 - another order, another break down in their quality control, when something is ordered that is supposed to come with condiments and sauces, it needs to come with those things or else you yet again fail

Walked in at 1:30pm with my daughter. Waited for 7 minutes and still no hostess to seat us. Then was told we couldn't order any food to go and had to go wait at a take out area. Waited another 20min and still never had our order taken. So we left.

It's just ok. Literally, nothing stand-out about it. The wings are ok enough. Service is average, energy of staff is average, nachos are terrible, atmosphere is average chain restaurant. Happy hour... maybe decent bet for cheap appetizers and beer. Location is the best thing going here. Its one of the closest places to Cane Bay.

They missing a part of my order, So I had to drive back to get it; it took ages to get the rest, so the first part of my order went cold. Double check in accurate. The employees should also be kind in these cases since it wasn't my fault the order was wrong; I had to go to the trouble of driving twice and my food got cold.

Got a Carryout order and was missing food that I ordered. Not only that they gave so few fries and I spent over $50 for 2 burgers. This is not the place you want to spend your money.

Service here is terrible. We asked to sit outside. We were told it was a 30 minute wait. When we went to the bar for a drink, we noticed almost every table outside was available. We got our drinks and sat outside on the lounge chairs. The one guy who was sitting outside told us he’s hasn’t seen his waitress for 45 minutes. We ended up just getting our drinks and food from the bar. We ordered the boneless wings and fries. The wings were small and over fried. Not once did a manager or any employee ask us if we needed any food or drinks.

I come here all the time and this is how much i received as my appetizer for $10. Are you kidding me? My tray has always been full so i asked the waiter and she got me the kitchen manager and he stated that because of the prices they reduced the amount of pickles you receive... but still paying $10.
