Your music selection is unilateral, it only caters to one demographic. Play nothing! The bartender kept disappearing, for like 10 minutes at a time. You all ran out of the new Mountain Dew infused beer that I love , and that’s what I really came for. Our food took forever and the guests behind us, got their food before us, and we were there first.

Horrible service this is my second time giving you guys a chance . The food would test good if it was fresh . They forgot my Mac n cheese and we already waited on them for at least 50 mins . Fries are cold and had to request new fries smh 🤦🏾‍♀️. This is wild

Came for BOGO boneless wings on Thursday, 7/10, and sat in the bar area. Had a wonderful experience!! The food was hot, delicious, and everything came out better than expected! Nothing was missing like there has been during previous visits. However, the young man that served us is what made the experience the best service I’ve probably ever received in a restaurant. He was very kind and attentive, and he went above and beyond. He didn’t leave anything out! Made sure we got the happy hour deals, checked on us the perfect amount as we needed anything, and asked if we needed anything else, like a water or soft drink to go! He even prompted us to put down our phone number on the receipt in order to earn rewards. No one ever mentions that to us at this location or any other BWWs. I wish I could have tipped him more! This guy needs a raise! Great work; thank you! Will be back, as this is our Thursday spot that got even better! :)

Please update your schedule, Google Maps indicates that the store closes at 12, but the last call was at 10:30 pm, and they said they will close at 11 pm, which is not the first time they have disappointed me

Waited 40 minutes for fried pickles and chips and salsa. We came here with our baby, and you could tell everyone working was overwhelmed. Our server was not the problem. It would of been nice for the manager to come out and talk to us or something. We had to leave because after 40 mins we still had nothing!! We have no reason to come back.

Disappointed in food portion and freshness. Cold fries, etc. portions are also lacking - a large fry was anything but, and you could tell they have been sitting awhile. Tint serving plates for wings, not sure the point there.

I visited this establishment today and ordered the fried pickle, which had an unimpressive batter. The burgers were satisfactory but lacked seasoning. Notably, despite being newly opened, there were approximately 12 employees standing idle, with some using their phones. The service was underwhelming, as our server seemed more interested in socializing with colleagues than attending to our needs. The restroom was in an unacceptable state, particularly considering the establishment had just opened for the day. The staff would benefit from training on greeting and customer service protocols. Ultimately, this reflects a need for improved management, as effective leadership is crucial for employee and business success. Overall, my experience was disappointing in terms of quantity, quality, and service.

Always state to fry your wings hard, if you don’t they’re way too wet in the inside. I’m from Buffalo New York home of wings. A good wing is crunchy on the outside & moist on the inside (not pink).

This Buffalo Wild Wings location is impressive, with a clean and well-maintained space, a vibrant sports-themed setup, and plenty of parking. The atmosphere is perfect for sports enthusiasts, and the effort put into the decor truly stands out.

However, my experiences with the service have been mixed. While long wait times are understandable given its popularity, the service often feels unorganized and inattentive. On multiple visits, I had to repeatedly request basic items, and some staff members came across as unfriendly or dismissive, which detracted from the overall experience.

I hope management addresses these service concerns to match the high-quality ambiance and appeal of the venue. With better service, this location could easily become a top-tier spot for sports fans.

My husband & I arrived at the Cane Bay Buffalo before 7pm last night (Fri 12/06/24). At that time the place was busy but the hostess told us it would be about a 10-15 minute wait & we were seated within that timeframe. Our waitress Hailey came to great us & told us the CO2 tank was not working so we each ordered a bottle of beer. We then placed an order of mozzarella sticks. Whiet we waited, Hailey came & took our order - I ordered 6 boneless wings w/fries & my husband ordered the wing combo w/fries. We receive the appetizer & Hailey comes by & asked if we would like another beer which we didn't & that was the last communication she had w/us. At this point we've been waiting an hour now for food & the rush in the restaurant had definetly calmed down. We noticed that the 2 tables sat after us received their food so I went up to Hailey & asked if she could check on the status of our food. She walked into the kitchen, walked past us w/silverware & never spoke to us or gave us any update. Now we've been in Buffalo for almost an hour & 15 minutes so my husband stopped the manager (a young, petite brunette) & told her the situation & that we would pay for our beer & appetizer but to cancel our food order so we can leave. At this point, it seems pretty obvious that our waitress never put in our food order. The manager went over to our waitress Hailey, had a conversation, but never came back to us to apologize, give us sometype of update - nothing! Which as a manager, I would have expected something more from her. She never even walked past us again & we were seated right next to the bar. This manager obviously needs more training. Hailey finally arrives back at our table with our bill of $13.72 for the 2 beers & appetizer. You would think they would have said don't worry about it or gave a discount, but no! I asked Hailey what time did our ticket go in & she state dthat she didn't know but she believed that my food was ready but was waiting for the wing combo. Probably at that point she was waiting for the combo because she never put in our ticket. So I asked again what time did my ticket go in & Hailey stated she would go find out, but never came back, which let's be honest, we knew she wouldn't. My husband paid the bill & when we got in the car it was exactly 8:30PM. We were probably in Buffalo for about an hour and 40 minutes & never received our wings & fries. This is Buffalo Wild Wings - the word is in your name! We've been in Buffalo times before where staffing is short, the food is cold, but this was incredibly ridiculous & between the waitress & poor management, neither were communicative or trying to rectify the situation. This location continues to go downhill. Don't waste your time or money!
