We go to BK about once per year. This year we chose this one.
Hoping that one day BK will resort to going back to the earlier franchises success.
Again we were let down.
Hamburger patties where sopping wet as they pulled them out of a water pan and forgot to re cook them.
Maybe next year it will be better. We may start skipping it for 2 years.

This location is slow AF! They put every car on hold at the drive-thru. They only service 1 car at a time. When one car pulls off then they take your order. I thought Hispanics/Latinos worked hard 😔 not at this location. The employees have no sense of urgency and the manager has a bad attitude. They need restructuring. Don't go there on your lunch break. From speaker to window is about 30 mins.

Had such a positive drive through experience. Michael the general manager was so positive and energetic even though we had a complex order. He was genuinely happy to be doing his job which was a nice change from the typical fast food experience. He ensured everything was in the bag, and even gave us some of the new Train your Dragon hats when we asked, giving the kids a great experience at his store. The food was correct and quality was definitely above average compared to other fast food establishments.

Man this place really needs to shut down. Tell me why I keep giving them chances. We always get the 2/5 breakfast and they always microwave our stuff we watched them do it I asked for fresh they gave me the same sandwich I burnt my mouth I may just sue.
