No wonder all the Burger Kings are closing around Charleston. Worst service I’ve had in a long time! Waited 15 minutes to get food in dine in and was stone cold when I got it. Had to get my own drink cup because they were ignoring the customers. Management playing on his phone. Whoever owns this location needs to fire some people!

Last several times I bought a Whopper here they used buns which appeared to be at least a week old. After it happened the first time I thought it's not going to be perfect every time so whatever, 2nd time was concerning but after 3 times I now think they simply don't ever throw away old buns and simply re-use them. No thank you, for $7 I"m not eating stale bread. This location deserves zero starts.

I haven’t been back in over 6 months because the last time I came it took forever just to get my order and the customer service was horrible. I decided to come back and give it one last chance, and to my surprise I was in and out the drive thru. Despite the language barrier, I was still greeted with a smile. I don’t know.… I just may come back.
