I want to give six or seven stars, because this place is just too good to be true. It is almost uncanny how all of their coffee is cooked to perfection (I don't usually even like coffee, but I tried it here and it was amazing). Ask the girl behind the counter for an Iced blue drink, or an Iced anything-of-your favorite color for that matter--they can even color match the sky on that day. I heard they will match it to your aura if you want which is basically a free psychic reading. The playlist is heavenly. Often, they play music catered perfectly to the taste that they think you will like (such as Rhettius and Linkus' classical, high-brow tunes) which is almost as sweet as their decadent cookies. I cannot wait to step back into this establishment every day. I would drive through I26 at 5pm to get here.

this cafe is inCREDIBLE! the baristas are so fast and smart. it’s not like other cafes, where the service seems artificial or not genuine…they care about you here and love to talk with you. also might i add that their coffee is to DIE FOR??? ITS SOOOOO GOOD I LOVE IT!!! one of the baristas was kind enough to let me draw on a notepad while i ate. cafe de fleur more like cafe de GOATED!!!

I want to start by saying this place is good. I had an amazing iced coffee and croissant. The only reason I’m leaving a 4 star and not a 5 is, the workers were a little unfriendly- which I can pass because it doesn’t bother me much maybe she was having a hard day, or whatever else the case could be, but the prices are a little much. I came with my boyfriend and he got an iced tea and a croissant and I got an iced coffee with a croissant and it was almost $40. Don’t get me wrong, the food and drinks were good but it definitely set us back when we saw the total. That is the only reason I more than likely will not return

I called to ask whether the coffee beans used here are organic. The response I received was: “I don’t even know how to answer that question, it’s grown from the ground.”

This response is incorrect and dismissive. “Organic” does not refer to where something is grown, but how it is grown, specifically whether synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides are used. Coffee is actually one of the most chemically treated crops unless it is certified organic.

It’s completely reasonable for customers to ask about bean sourcing, and many people choose organic coffee for health and environmental reasons. If staff are unsure, a professional response would simply be to say they don’t know or can check with the roaster.

Transparency and basic knowledge about sourcing matter, and I hope this is something the business considers improving going forward.

I’m still leaving five stars, as this feedback is not a reflection of the quality of the coffee or the overall service. I’m choosing not to base a review on a single dismissive interaction, but rather to share this as constructive feedback. My intention is simply to highlight the importance of being informed, or at least respectful, when customers ask about sourcing.

I wanted to love this place, but the coffee just tatsed to goo. Like… too good. Almost suspiciously good. It didn’t taste human-made at all — it tasted AI generated. Smooth, perfect, no soul. I need my coffee to have flaws and emotional damage, not taste like it was brewed by a robot with a PhD. Would not recommend if you enjoy authenticity. And perfection. So one star.⭐️

Cafe de fleur could be seen as a hidden gem in the downtown area. Although we have several coffee shops within a mile radius of each other, they all bring their own unique vibes in atmosphere with great and unique flavors. This one is my favorite because of their seasonal drink offerings.

Beautiful cafe...immaculate, barista super capable and friendly. Great coffee. Super choice of seasonal drinks.
Shout out to Debbie. I was visiting and went there every morning. If I lived in the area...I would be a daily regular.
Plus free parking garage around the corner.

omggg this place is so cute and also the environment is super welcoming. the employees are actually super nice and will talk to you :))))))))) they even did latte art on my to-go latte (the little things matter)
