Great food. Everything I ever had there was excellent. Love going there. Wish prices were lower cause can’t go often when burgers r $13. I’ll make em at home and mine r darn good.

I'm a dasher. The employee were helpful and directed me where I needed to go to pick up the order. My issue is that I was standing in that area for close to 10 minutes before any of the other employees acknowledged that I was there. Once acknowledged, I told them the order I was picking up which then proceed to tell me there was still a five minute wait, no problem. So I let my customer know. Then here I am waiting another 20 minutes for someone else to tell me they are just starting the order. Time is money and they just wasted 35 minutes of my time. the customer canceled their order and I don't get paid because of that. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE!

I had a very unpleasant experience at Carolina Ale House recently. While dining, water began leaking from the air conditioner directly onto my plate. I brought this to the attention of the manager, expecting at least a basic level of concern or an apology. Instead, he spoke to me in an unprofessional and condescending tone, showing absolutely no interest in resolving the issue or acknowledging how unacceptable it was. His attitude made it clear he could care less about customer satisfaction or food safety. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values being treated with respect.

Sadly, this place used to be good but it’s gone downhill quickly in the past year. Everything is overcooked, dry, and the grease tastes old and burnt. Save your $ and go anywhere else.

They were understaffed resulting in several groups waiting to be seated despite the restaurant having very many empty tables at lunch time on a Sunday. The food took a while to come out leading me to believe they were understaffed in the back as well. When the food came out it wasn’t worth the wait. The service was sporadic. At time the waitress would leave two drinks for one person while forgetting a refill for the other person. The parking lot and restaurant could support a lot more people if there were enough people staffed and trained.
