I got the last fish square so I couldn't get a deep sea double and got an apple pie to compensate but I only got 12 French fries in my order when you get up in the middle of night to go get something for the wife to eat last thing you need is a lack of food Don't think they meant to do it but that's what I got.

Just ordered 2 combo meals through uber from here and they were at medium size. When the food arrived the sandwiches were small and the fries were so small it looked like at kids portion. For the amount of money I paid this was ridiculous. I will not order here anymore. I suggest not ordering here as well.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would! Three different workers interacted at the window with me and not a single one of them said a single word to me. They didn't even take my order, an AI took the order!Food was not good or fresh. I got a chicken sandwich. The chicken looked and tasted like it had freezer burn, lettuce was wilted and soggy and pickles were limp and soggy. Fries were soggy and tasted like they were cooked in old/bad oil. Needless to say, it all went into the garbage! The place looked very dirty and unsanitary as well! 10/10 DO NOT recommend!

I went through the drive-thru at 4am recently. The staff was super nice and professional. I enjoy going here and will continue to go to Checkers. Keep up the good work.Parking: If there was an option between plenty of parking and it being somewhat difficult to find parking, that would be it. Smaller parking lot, but there is usually plenty of spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: I'm almost certain there is a ramp to make it up to the outside window.

Was denied service because lack of employees was very rude there was atleast 4 people inside not the first time this has happened everytine I come here theres a reason they cant make food or take orders

The service was terrible I ordered two burgers loaded fries and funnel cake when I got to the window to pay the after I already paid for the food they then proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have powder for the funnel cakes and I said that’s fine. I’ll still take them by the time I got home the funnel fries were never in the bag so I tried calling them. Their phones were off the hook, that’s when I proceeded to drive back up there to try to get my phone off fries as I was trying to explain to the woman what I was missing and trying to tell her that I never received it. She had an attitude with me and slammed the door in my face. That is not how you treat customers also tried to accuse me of someone else trying to get free funnel fries or what not even though I showed them the receipt that I’ve already paid for the funnel fries, but never received it.

My favorite fries! I miss having checkers in Greenville. However, the ordering process sounded automated. and at the window, I asked the order to be read back. I was quickly told."Everything's listed on the receipt on the bag." I was very surprised by this response. I will say both people I saw working were moving fast and appeared to be working hard. So, although the drive-thru moved fast and food was hot, there was poor customer support. Recommend more staff,and definitely a screen at drive-thru.

I've had many complaints about the store many of times. It just lands on so many deaf ears it's not worth it anymore. The man cook at night is an awful person. He is so short and so rude and will yell and scream and cuss and it does not matter who is at the window he does not care. The girls were only halfway dressed one had a belly shirt on cooking my food.. smdh. Not somewhere I would be proud of considering. I was a little embarrassed for her. Maybe nobody told her to put on a bigger shirt?....

Stopped by checkers for lunch. Went thru the drive thru. I should have checked my bag before driving off. I got back to work. Sat down to eat my lunch someone made the sloppy burger I have ever seen made a mess all over my shirt. Whoever made the burger did not care they just threw it in the bag. What kind of people work at checkers. Don't even try to call back .to complain they do not answered the phone.
