I should have had free food this morning, but instead had to pay! All because management has decided they don’t want to take 5 seconds to scan THEIR app! They sure can take time to process my credit card!

Taking away the ability to scan your app through the drive through is really disappointing. I have four small kids and it isn’t ideal to unload them to go inside. Not to mention, you can’t even redeem your rewards.

Almost every morning (mon-fri) I go and see Annette in the drive thru. She is the absolute best and deserves 10 stars!!! She knows my order and we always talk in the mornings if she’s not too backed up :) she is the only reason this review is not 1 star. Recently, I’m frustrated to hear that we can no longer get points inside at the cash register or at the iPads. You now HAVE to go through the app to mobile order.
I thought Chick-Fil-A was all about making connections face to face… I know this because Chick-Fil-A was my first job. It’s frustrating and disheartening that they seem to be following the “trends” that the rest of the world is following with “punishing” people who don’t want to wait in their lengthy mobile order line that always took forever when I used it.
Not to mention, older folks who aren’t tech savvy enough to understand the mobile order process.
I will now be going a little further out of my way to the State Rd location since they aren’t seeming to follow this trend.
I’ll miss seeing Annette every morning and her sharing a smile and a laugh! Hopefully this blows over and the owners realize that this is a bad decision for business… even if it does “improve productivity”.

It’s a baiting switch. It looks really innocent from the outside but then when you pulled in, you realize there’s a drive-through with three lanes and it’s like 70 cars deep. Sat there tooling around for 10 minutes before getting food.

OMG, $17 for a lemonade and chicken minis. No prices at the ordering station. If there was it was too far away to see it and the order taker didn't know she said. No greeting by anyone, first time ever at a chick filet.....will not go back. This has been issues at all 3 area chick filets here. Ladson, main st, and dorchester rd. I wait to visit chick filet vack in myrtle beach on Seaboard st. The Lady owner there cares about her customers and so do her employees.
