We had a great experience at this location! My husband and I agreed we were offered the best customer service from any restaurant we have ever been. The friendly, helpful customer service was consistent across the board with all staff members. The dining area, ordering station, and restrooms were clean and maintained. The food was great and our kids walked away with full bellies, books, and stickers. Just a really great, memorable experience. Thank you!

The supervisor name April manager name was Effron I went to chickfilla I had hair in my food plus i was missing my bacon not a big deal but the hair in my food oh no yuck so unsanitary !!!! But I called like anyone else would to tell them they kept playing phone games hanging up picking up ignoring my call I called about 5 times ans I heard the kitchen in the back ground so on my 6th call a another supervisor by the name of April picked up I told her what was going on ans before I could even finish she screamed at me ans said I have the wrong f.. number Goodbye ans hung up . Now mind you I had my sister beside me ans I got her to call since they wouldn't answer me. I will give zero stars on this one me and my. Family love ans I mean love chickfillla we go to chickfilla atleast 2 to3 times a week we my nephews 4 love the chicken nuggets kids meal as the rest of thr family alleays gets the largest meals with the fries plus additional sides .... so I have called corporate multiple times ans no one has ever ans I mean never reached back out to me ans it's been over a month now does anyone have the owners or the district managers number ??? What they did ans how I was treated was completely against their policyVegetarian options: Good
