I hate to leave a low review for this place, but they need to do better with DoorDash and UberEats orders. I stand there and there is no one to ask for the orders progress. They all just walk away and avoid us. Not good, needs significant improvement.

The service and quality of food has drastically changed. Every visit, I see that they are over staffed however, the food is not even at least warm. Additionally, they up charge for a Large fry of course however, they do not fill the fry container. It’s so disappointing.

Place has gone downhill in regards to the employees attitudes and poor management. Ariel is especially hard to deal with and sneaky when sets her sights on you and management fails to see her unprofessional behavior.

Both of us had sandwiches combo. Food was ok, fries were on the soft side and sandwich not hot. Didn't offer refills on tea. Teenagers running up and down aisle , they brought in food and drinks from the grocery store. Lastly, they raised prices quite a bit lately. Need to up your game!

VERY SLOW! Completed mobile order, got to restaurant in Cane Bay, both lanes merge into one, so placing a mobile order doesn’t get you through any faster. Lanes are closed all the way through. Order placed at 10:15, arrived at restaurant and scanned mobile QR code at 12:24, didn’t receive items until 10:36. Very disappointed in our first experience here.

Despite how busy this location stays they do a remarkable job getting orders out quickly and correctly. Amazed at the level of effort from new hires to seasoned employees. They are always friendly and welcoming. It was my pleasure to dine there. Thanks to the entire Cane Bay team.
