I just want to say I looked all over the receipt for the name of the server but did not find it, but whoever you are, YOU did and AMAZING job!!! The presentation of my food and the taste was top tier I did not want to touch it but I did it was soo good!! I'm hooked I place an order every other week for the same meal and it never falls short on satisfaction. I just had the need to point it out today. Keep doing what you are doing!! Great service and tasty food. 100 recommended.

This is the 2nd time we ordered “to go”” and not only are we missing a soup, but they charged an extra $5.20 for a scoop of chicken salad that we didn’t get! This is all on top of waiting 30 minutes for 2 meals when the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. We are home and I’m not driving all the way back (fighting the terrible traffic on North Main) to deal with this. This is terrible customer service and we will not be returning to this franchise.

I love this food. But ordered in the app today for my birthday dinner and when we got the food home there were no crackers and no cookies. We ordered 3 meals. Disappointed.

Good food offerings here with a great variety of chicken salad flavors from sweet to spicy. I typically get a 3 scoop trio which is more than enough for me. Not much interaction with the staff after ordering and sitting down .. typically of fast-food establishments, although I'm not sure they classify themselves as such. I personally don't care much for the design / decor of this franchise as a whole. It feels amateur and dated. That said, I'm not going there to lounge or hang out and the food is pretty good. Maybe consider a design refresh one day? I'll still come back either way.
Back for the second day in a row. Della is AMAZING. She always greets me with a smile and has excellent customer service. Quentin also took my order and was sweet as pie.I don’t normally leave reviews but consistent EXCELLENT food AND service is RARE! Hats off to this team, they got it RIGHT

Let's be honest, it's chicken salad. Like tuna salad, but with chicken - NOT a green salad with grilled chicken. So don't be confused like I was. I was confused about why there even was a place for just chicken salad. But my friend dragged me along.Then I ate it. Best chicken salad I ever did taste in my life! I had it as a sandwich. There's a bunch of different flavors of chicken salad... unexpected ingredients added in... from sweet to savory.
