I am very disappointed in the quality of food for the money. Had the chicken wings for appetizers, and they were from a very small chicken. Had the sirloin with loaded mashed potatoes and corn on the cob with the house salad. Sirloin was tough and cold, and mashed potatoes were runny and salad was small and very little toppings. Definitely not as pictured and not worth the money.

Hostess over sat the waitresses area. Did not communicate how backed up the kitchen was. After waiting 45 minutes for our food, only to be told it hadn't been started yet. We told them to forget it and left. You need to communicate to your customers better. Don't come to me with a nonchalant attitude. When a simple explanation would have solved the issue to begin with.

The food was horrible taste wise and temperature wise. The rice in the fajitas was very hard. The steak was not good. The boneless chicken wings were hard. The mozzarella sticks were flavorless, mushy and cold. It also took a while to be served. Seating is very close. The quality of food was not worth the price at all. One out of ten rating.

this was my first time going there in my first experience was terrible people fighting. I wait three hours for my food and then they didn’t have my order right I wouldn’t recommend no one to go there. Terrible.🤬🤬

The wait to be seated wasn’t long, a fight broke out at the bar. Our food took 2 hours to start coming out and then the manager tells us all of our order wasn’t put in. Broccoli looked like it came straight out of a bag and cold. So only good part of the night was that the manager covered our bill! We will not be going back there.

They’re customer service is unacceptable , i was standing at the to-go counter for 10 mins employees are in the back talking and they person who was supposed to be at the counter originally was in the back and he looked at me and didn’t go up there until i asked the bar tender to ask who’s supposed to be up there !

Summer is the worst server I’ve had in my life!! We waited nearly twenty minutes for drinks. Then it took another almost fifteen minutes for her to come back to take food orders. Our queso was ice cold and none of our food came out correctly. By this point my wife just wanted to leave. I’ve never tipped below 20% as a former server myself, but that was absolutely ridiculous!!!

We waited over an hour for our food which was barely edible when it arrived. No apology or offers to replace the bad meals from the staff. 2 of our family of 4 ended up with food poisoning afterwards.

This was the first and last time I've been to a Chilis. The waitress was great but I didn't care for the food and they are so overpriced. I had a burger and fries. I tasted the quesadilla and the salsa and chips are the worst I've ever had.

The food here is very underwhelming. I don’t know if the Chilis corporation is cutting corners on high quality food, but it has gone downhill over the last couple of years. The picture of the food on the menu looks nothing like what is served even down to something simple as the fries. Service could have been better too…. Don’t waste your money here!

go to any other location. right out the gate, one of our drinks was wrong, we were given a tea instead of lemonade, and our appetizers were also wrong. I also had to ask twice for the chips we ordered, which took 30 minutes to get, same thing with my starter. We ran out of our drinks, and our server walked by 4 times without refilling, I had to ask. It took over an hour to get our food, which they tried to give to another table, and I had to call them over to say it was ours. I couldn't even eat my actual meal, since it took forever to get the right food, and my baby was upset since we didn't plan on being there for 2 hours. Horrible dining experience.
