Nice chill place. Wish restaurants would hire people that care about appearance. I know working in the restaurant business is hectic, but sometimes first impression is everything. Everything was good except for my steak. For some reason it tasted like liver.

Ok, it is Chili's, but they've done some great things with the menu, the 3 for me deal is great and old timer Tuesday is awesome. Great value, the fried mozzarella is a LOAF not a stick, and Erica who waitresses around the bar deserves 5 very big stars all on her own. Yes, it's not farm to table or haute cuisine, but it's solid value and pretty good food👍👍

We haven’t been to a Chili’s in a while, but I’m so glad we decided to stop in! We were seated immediately with no wait, and the whole place—from the restrooms to the dining area was clean and well taken care of. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and on point. The manager even came by to welcome us and make sure we had everything we needed, which was a really nice touch. Our server Rania was so sweet!
Now the food… listen, those Nashville Hot Wings were unreal! Perfect spice, perfect crunch. Everything we ordered food, drinks, and dessert was absolutely delicious. We’ll 100% be back!

I had given up on eating here ever again but decided to give them another shot. The service was great and food was even better. I am a fan again. I've missed my 'baby back ribs'! The manager was very engaging and the cook staff even came out to check on us. Great job!

If you told me 5 years ago that one day I would willingly go and dine at Chili's, I'd call you crazy. But honestly, I'm seriously impressed with the turnaround this place has gone through. The Chicken Bacon Ranch quesadillas & Triple Dipper were delicious and our server remained very friendly & accomodating through the dinner rush.

Server was rude & not attentive at all, waited an hour just for our food to be cold and also didn’t taste good.
Went here on the 11th, our server was okay nice enough. Did only see her to take drinks and drop off food. We might have seen her more, but we did ask for the check immediately because we had somewhere to be and didn't know when we would see her again. The sliders were undercooked, the mozzarella sticks were the wrong kind. My boyfriend ended up getting food poisoning from something he ate here. Would have assumed our server was busy, but I could see all her tables who were all being talked to and checked up on, except us. Then as we are leaving I ended up seeing her through the window sitting at a table with a coworker on her phone vaping. Not even doing side work. I've been to this chili's multiple times and it has never been good. Kept holding out hope. Should have known not to come back after my birthday a couple years ago and there were multiple fruit flies in my drink in December.

Bridget is the best manager in the industry. She definitely puts customer service at the forefront and genuinely cares about each and every customer experience. The food we ordered was prepared to perfection (3 for me quarter pounder) - (chicken sandwich). I want to add that Rae Hawks is awesome. I had a billing error that was corrected by my credit card company, but Rae looked further into it and was amazing. She provided a resolution although not needed and she definitely cares about customer satisfaction too. These two ladies are a testament to how much they care about this location and the Chili’s branding for customer service satisfaction.
Just stopped in for a burger.... And it was delicious. For like 12.00 you get a soup or salad, drink, big burger and fries... Why would anyone ever go to McDonald's again?
