The food was cold by the time I got it. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was treated like a child and talked to in a condescending way by Rae. Even after trying to approach with kindness because I know everyone has bad days, she was quite disrespectful towards me and my children.

The food and service here is always great. We always get the bottomless tortilla chips and they are delicious. The triple Dipper meal sample platter thing is also really good but I like to try new things around too and I know they make those a lot. There's states are delicious and I really like the steamed vegetables. I've never really had a bad experience at this Chili's location. LOL

The hosts were rude and had an attitude the whole time, we asked to be change from the table due to being uncomfortable and we didn’t have enough room. The host then gave me an attitude from the start and told me that was a table of 7 people or more and asked me if I wanted to be moved to a even smaller table. Then we proceeded to tell our server the situation and the only thing that she said was “I am sorry” and ignored the fact that we were already upset. Instead of trying to accommodate and get a manager and adjust the situation they decided to give us attitude the whole time that we were having lunch. Terrible service they should train people better SPECIALLY when you are giving customer service.
