The BEST place to get good Chinese food, we’ve been going for years and have never been disappointed. Sad that they took away their “pay $50 cash to get a free general tso’s chicken” promo!
Great food. Phone orders are taken by the New York office and sent to her by some sort of fax. They will tell you that it will be ready in 15 minutes, but I've come there 20 to 30 min after my phone order, and it still don't be ready. If they can fix that problem (of telling people it will be ready in 15 minutes and it ends up never ready in that time frame), then this will be a five-star place all the time. But until that's fixed, I would have to rate it a three...
If you order take out you better order an hour ahead. They can't keep up with the orders and tell you 15 minutes when it all reality it takes about 45 minutes or longer because of all the people calling in, online orders and people ordering in the restaurant. The food is good but I'll have to remember to order waaaaay ahead and make sure you do too.
