Errmmm, GROSS!!!! Where the food is being kept in the Bain Marie is disgusting!!! Food spread alll over!!! The black stone in the kitchen GROSS!!! Don’t get me started on the restaurant floors 🤢. It’s the closest one to our house, so I really wanted it to work. I’ve tried it numerous times, and it’s consistently dirty!! From here on out! It’s a no for me!

This is not my first bad experience here, but it will be my last visit. With 2.5 hours left to closing, they were out of sour cream, lettuce, black beans and any kind of chicken. I asked if they were out of sour cream and lettuce in the entire store and they said yes. Then they charged me double for meat that should have been a regular serving. $20 was what they wanted to charge me for a burrito that had rice, meat and salsa because they were out of everything else. No thank you. Also absolutely filthy.

This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. This is not like every other chipotle. I’ve given it multiple tries because I love the food but every time it fails in one way. The biggest thing is they are almost out of stuff. Last time , a couple weeks ago, they were out of white rice, steak, and veggies. They asked what I’d like. Uh. Nothing I guess? Avoid like the plague!

They closed at 11 pm, and they were already breaking down at 945. I asked for the new adobo ranch at the beginning of my order but was told at the end they didn't have any. The young lady scraped the sour cream and then turned it up and dumped the rest on top. I asked for lettuce she went to a bowl and just shredded it with her hand and dumped it on top and was like, is that all? I asked for the ranch again and was told they didn't have any, and I could pick what they had, which was a vinaigrette. The service was terrible, and I asked them to just cancel my order, and the young man was like fine whatever. Will not be going back to this location.

I used to love Chipotle but this store has rapidly declined. The quality in the food and the service is completely out the window. The customer service is terrible. The food quality and cleanliness is really bad. Portions have lessened. & the staff are just a bunch of teens that obviously couldn't care less about their job. Very sad because this was always my cheat meal place. Will definitely find another after last nights fiasco there. Bring back the old Chipotle!!

The employees were pathetic to customers existence. Completely out of queso and guac and apparently don’t have any more once they are out for the day? That’s hard to believe and it was only 5p. He looked in the empty container and goes, “guess so.” And then they told me they can’t take from the to-go prep station. So orders out are more important than the person standing in front of you? Got it. Avoid this location.
