The entire visit was just bad. Rude employees, horrible selection from the bar, and I'm just genuinely...not going back there. It was 9pm...why was there literally no food out at all :( don't even bother going to this one, goose creek chipotle is where it's at.

I love chipotle but this location is horrible. Every single table was dirty, the trash was over flowing, they were out of a lot of stuff.. and there were 3 people standing around doing nothing. Where is management?!

They had no black beans, no kids chips (but plenty of the regular bags), no ice, no syrup in the coke, and when I got the food home discovered they only half cooked the rice.

Every time I visit this Chipotle, the food is consistently cold. It’s disappointing and honestly feels unsafe. Not to mention, I lifted my quesadilla box out of the bag, and all of the sides spilled everywhere
I continue try to give chipotle a chance but it’s just not worth the cost at this point. Qdoba is so much better flavor wise for this style of line order “Mexican” food. Too bad there is not one in the area.

Employee had a debate with me stating my chicken 3 pointer wasn't 3 items so I should be charged as a burrito. Chicken is a protein (2pts) and cheese is 1 point. I wouldn't mind explaining that but the snarky remark under his breath was not needed. More education on menu items needed please. This has happened a few times at this location.

The worst chipotle I've been to. The food was cold, the rice was undercooked and the chips & tortillas were stale. The restaurant was dirty, the floors needed sweeping, the tables were dirty as well. This location is poorly managed. I had the same experience before when I went there months ago. It's not worth coming back here!

Arrived at 845p. They close at 10p. They we out of All meat except chicken. They were out of sour cream, veggies, and napkins. It was a truly horrible experience! This location is new. I had much higher hopes! 🙁
