Asked for chicken and they were out, couldn’t even accommodate me and this isn’t the first Sunday last week was the same and they were just rude about it. Asked for manager and wouldn’t even do anything. Apparently they just don’t care about customers or running their store because how do you run out of chicken. Horrible service and employees as well as manager. Read other reviews I’m not the only one ranting. I’m hoping Distirct or even upper management will eventually see and checking into it and make some changes at the store!

I had a fantastic experience at the Summerville Chipotle today, all thanks to Keadre! Sometimes it's a hit or miss but i truly see it's all in the employees you hire! He was working hard in the kitchen, keeping the line moving even when supplies were running low. When things got hectic, he took the initiative to go to the back, grab more supplies, and keep the rice going—all while maintaining great energy and teamwork. It’s clear he’s dedicated and deserves recognition for his outstanding service. Thank you, Keadre, for making my visit memorable!

This is by far the worst chipotle I have ever been too. The place was extremely dirty, the bathrooms were even worse. The food was pretty bad as well. They ran out of a bunch of stuff, the rice was CRUNCHY. And I don't mean a few grains, they were almost ALL crunchy. The service was terrible, they all seemed extremely overwhelmed and just hated to be spoken to

This is the absolute worst chipotle I have ever been to. They’re always out of most of the food what they have is incredibly burnt everyone gives you miniature portions and then gets mad if you say something about it. There’s only one young man that works the Line that is incredibly good at his job. He is incredibly nice if I knew his name I would say what his name was. He’s been there for a few months. He is the only reason my wife and I will go back if he isn’t working we won’t buy

This has to worst chipotle in America. And unfortunately for me the only one near where I live. I’ve been there several times where they are out of chicken. Really? That’s like a pizza place out of pepperoni. I’ve also been there where they have beans and rice. Sad. The staff is a bunch of angry people that give two flips about anything. I’d be embarrassed to be the general manager of this joint.
Place was filthy dirty. Every table in the place was dirty. There was food and trash all over the floors. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in days. Had to find the least dirty table and clean it ourselves so we could sit down. They were also out of chicken so people lined up to the door waiting for chicken to be cooked. Really poor planning during dinner (5:30 pm). Had to order steak or wait at least 20 minutes.

Horrible service they do not keep meat available I waited over 45 min for chicken while staff stood around in deep conversation. I went up to order started my bowl to be told the featured chicken was not available stood in line another 30min they ran out of rice Horrible location

Today my husband and I left Chipotle empty handed for the third time because they were out of rice and steak ( previously they were out of chicken too!)We love Chipotle and have given this store many chances. But it’s frustrating! The staff is always friendly though.
