Came at 1:20 am as my husband was placing his order, being 1st thing he said was 2 chicken quesdilla then was rushed after each other item. We got to window he asked her to repeat order and she didn't mention quesdilla so he said something n she was like neck snappy n all sor u can't add at window n he was like thsts the 1st thing I said n she just looked at him dumbfounded. N him being the grown man he is said it's fine I'll just go to window.. which he did. But since when u can't add at window and if she wasn't rushing him maybe she would have got order right 1ST time. This young generation Is so disrespectful.. like babyee it's not our fault u gotta work. Customer service is everything honey. I scared to even eat my good bc ur energy n attitude is so negative n disgusting n I worked in food n bev for 30 years. I hope she just had a bad night n she get it together bc she to cute for all that

Came here with my girlfriend for some dinner. Nadia (the name on the check) had an attitude while taking my order over the drive thru speaker. She was very rude to me when I came up to the window and politely asked for an itemized receipt. I tried to ask again after being rudely told that it was in the bag, but she ended up slamming the window in my face. This store can never keep employees so I’m not surprised. Please retrain the staff on customer service and printing itemized receipts.

the name on my receipt says nadia and she was so rude while taking my order. when asked for an itemized receipt, she told me in a rude tone that it was in the bag when it was not. my boyfriend walked up to the window and asked again, but she slammed it in his face without even acknowledging that he needed a receipt. yeudy helped us out though, so thanks.

Normally, I don't have any issue with cookouts, at least in the upstate, the service was quick, the quesadilla was mediocre at best, and the Cajun fries had there is very little spice on them. The Cajun sandwich was too wet to eat with the original bun. Food is meh, but the milkshake was on point 👉.

The food was good. We tried ordering at the drive thru & asked for a second to figure out what we wanted. We told the speaker we were ready, but did not hear anything back. We pulled up to the window to order and she opened it with a really bad attitude. She said “didn’t you say you needed a minute?” We said yes we said we’re ready and never heard anything back. She looked at us like we were the worst people on the planet. She told us we needed to pull back around. So we did, and she was giving us attitude again over the speaker. We have NEVER encountered something that bad at a fast food restaurant. I should’ve videoed it to show how disrespectful it was. I can understand it being a long day or whatever the case was, but that was absolutely unacceptable. It was slow too, so it wasn’t like they were slammed. 07/05 9:10PM

They ran out of tomatoes earlier in the day so I didn't buy a handburger combo. I went back later though to buy a milkshake that was really good. I don't have this chain in my area so I was disappointed I couldn't have the full experience.
