I went through the drive thru probably like 30 minutes ago I ordered a big double burger with just ketchup no cheese no nothing JUST KETCHUP I get home and there is cheese all over my burger. I get a mistake happens this happens every time so I called to asked who I can talk to about a refund and they hung up on me and would not answer there phone again. I will not be going there again and I will be contacting customer service again tomorrow about a refund and about getting the store on 703 n Main st a new staff or retrain all of them.

The food at this restaurant seems to be declining. Cheese bites too salty. Onion rings cooked too short a time at too high a tempersture so the costing us done correctly, but the onion doesn't snap when bitten into. Milk Shakes are great. Sandwiches seem dry.
10/28/2025 after 9pm. Why does that girl have an attitude. If you don't like your job, please find another. And why did u give me two cookout sauce sauces knowing they were open? I hate, hate, HATE bad customer service‼️She paid ZERO attention to my order and acted like me asking for the cookout sauce was a problem. Granite, I definitely could have went somewhere else, and next time I will. Some of these companies don't care that they have employees that are trash at doing their job. As long as there's a body to fill a shift, and it's gonna be those same trashy attitude having employees that will cause a decline in customers. Do better!

The white girl with the long brown hair that’s always working the drive thru is so rude. I’ve had numerous bad experiences with her having an attitude. I get fast food isn’t always easy but if I’m being nice and respectful to you, I expect the same in return.

I order a mint oreo shake and this is what I got a vanilla shake with oreo. Then the double cup with the original cup being busted open on the side. The service was fast and great as always but this is shake was the worst experience I've ever received from the cookout in summerville.

Back in Alabama, cookout one of my favorite restaurants, this one in Summerville misses the mark most of the time. They always mess up my order, either something that's left out, or overcooked. Today the food was pretty good, I also had ordered a Coke float, it pretty much was just ice cream I might have got like two sips within all the ice cream. I don't know back in my day afloat was a full drink with just a scoop of ice cream. Nowadays they just make the whole thing ice cream barely any soda. So never ordering in that again. Probably won't return anymore.

All week long i have had all my food everywhere not made right, finally this cookout got it 100% correct the drive thru girl and the colored lady with purple hair Bravo crew both of them had the best attitudes I've ever seen from anyone at a restaurant i have managed restaraunts for 20+ years and their attitude is exactly what I have always tries to instill in my employees, they should be commended for their amazing attitudes and service.
