Our team sat down before other people and didn't receive all of food when they brought half the table food out.It was cold. Not just one person, but everybody food that got brought out then, I had to wait for them to remake the first half of the table all the while still waiting on my simple order however the manager did come and manage meal our food so none of us had to pay, but when I got my food which was only stringbeans mashed potato and County steak, it was cold.The mashed potatoes was hard.How can mashed potatoes be hard?There was no flavor , the country fry streak was rubbery and the spring beans was nasty. I'm not understanding how we can mess that up , but at least I didn't have to pay for it because I would be asking for refund

Summerville location for friends to meet up between shopping at local stores. The store was hit hard by some for last minute goodies.

I didn't eat this trip. I was after some specific seasonal stuff. The staff were sensational in looking for items they thought they had but wasn't on display, yet. They went and found them for me.

It took us an hour to get our breakfast. Unfortunately, the biscuits were not available on that day, but we were not told that. When they were available again, our waiter promised to bring us some, and the side table also received some, but ours never arrived. Therefore, Cracker Barrel is not necessarily recommended; the service on that day was simply not satisfactory.

Well I think Cracker Barrel is going down hill, there food is loosing its flavor. It seems like they forgot how to cook eggs I mean it's not hard to cook scrambled eggs but they managed to mess that up too. They need to go back to the beginning and stop trying to change everything when it was working fine the way it was.
