They have different varieties of soft serve cones,cups and other ice cream treats. I had chocolate ice cream with chocolate dipped in cone it was delicious

Worth stopping into!!! I had the strawberry vanilla swirl soft serve with peanut butter dip (omg SO good- the strawberry soft serve tasted like frozen strawberry quik which I loved and the peanut butter dip was perfect with it) and my roommate got the caramel espresso swirl with chocolate dip. Even though I don't like espresso, the ice cream and the dip were both delicious. We will definitely be back!

Sidenote, having that sink outside is GENIUS! My ice cream naturally melted all over me so being able to rinse off before getting back in the car was so convenient.

This was my 2nd time here and both times each person I can in contact with was very welcoming. Their sundae🍨 is the best! They have a nice section where you can sit outside and enjoy your ice cream & it's clean and well kept. I would recommend Cravings to family and friends!

As someone originally from Buffalo, I have high standards when it comes to frozen treats… and let me tell you—this place DELIVERS. 💯

The custard? 🤯 Super creamy. Like, dangerously creamy. The kind that makes you take a bite and immediately text your friends, “you NEED this.”

The sundae I had was hands-down the best I’ve had since leaving Buffalo—perfectly layered, rich, indulgent, and made with love. 💕

Plus, the people here are awesome —friendly, fun, and proudly reppin’ Syracuse NY! 🧡💙

Out of the way. Ice cream mediocre. Charged for tip even though did not add one. Edit: they claim to offer to repay me but I reached out 2 times and have yet to hear from them. I never said stole, I said something happened bc I did not tip for counter service, also I only asked for the tip to be repaid (I ate the ice cream of course I expect to pay for it) and if so would edit my review. The “gesture” was nice but it never has happened as of yet. If it does, I will edit.

I absolutely love me some Cravings!! I crave Cravings! Especially the monthly special Black Raspberry. That one is my JAM! Imagine my dismay when I called & was told that Black Raspberry has already come & gone. Noooo!! How did I miss it? It’s been in years past around July. Anyway, I’m over here pouting having missed it. Will it stop me from going to Cravings? Hell, no! I might be there tonight! 😁😘 Please, please keep Black Raspberry year round! It’s DELICIOUS!
