Had a bad curdside service February 8th and have little to no resolution with the restaurant management. Ordered online and arrived on time at location after a half hour of waiting went inside. We love the fish here. And ordered 2 meals a 2 and 3 piece dinners. Instead of delivering it was sitting on uber shelf cold. Manager said they were on break and apologized offered to waive charge. That didn't happen. Completed negative feedback. Offered coupons still have not gotten after 5 emails. I feel nobody cares there.

Tried another Culver’s location today, and this one was definitely a step up from the last one I visited. The restaurant looked cleaner, the staff seemed more organized, and the overall vibe felt a little more welcoming. Ordering was quick and the employees were polite, which made the visit start off on a good note.
The food was solid — the ButterBurger had good flavor and was cooked well, and the fries were hot and crispy. Everything tasted fresher here, and the portion sizes were just right. I also grabbed a small Concrete Mixer, and it was creamy and well‑mixed without being overly sweet.
Even with the improvements, it still landed at a three‑star experience for me. The wait time was a bit longer than expected for a not‑too‑busy afternoon, and the dining area could’ve used a quicker wipe‑down between customers. Nothing major, just small things that kept it from feeling like a standout visit.
Overall, this Culver’s was better in almost every way compared to the last one I tried, but still not quite enough to bump it into four‑star territory. Good food, friendly service, and worth a stop if you’re nearby.

I love Culver's, they are a well oiled machine and love the food!
Had a pickup order because curbside is ridiculously slow. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:30. I was there at 6:40, it was busy & my order wasn't ready yet. OK, it happens, I did not get my order until almost 7:15. The parking lot is an absolute cluster. I'll be so glad when Comeback Shack opens. Thank goodness there are new places opening now. This Culver's is a bad joke.

My husband and I eat at Culver's several times a month. We went to the Main St, Summerville on Saturday (Jan. 17) when we were out running errands. Every time we have eaten at any of the local Culver's, the food has been outstanding. I've eaten everything from corn dogs to fish sandwiches, salads to burgers, and we get frozen custard every trip. I have never had anything bad and their fries are PERFECT every time! They're always fresh and hot with just the right amount of salt. We always eat inside and the young people who work there are always polite, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. This is one of our most favorite places to eat!

When Culvers first opened in Nexton everything was so fresh and good. Now after about a year...the hamburger meats are burnt, greasy and the bacon old and burnt. I've went back a few times to see if maybe they have improved, nope, if anything they've gotten worse. The bacon on my burger was burnt so bad and so old it clump on top of my burnt hamburger patty like a black clump that somewhat resembles bacon. I'll never go back. I just threw it away. Im done.
