Service was timely..i ordered a burger which was fine but the cheesy bites i ordered on the side were not even edible. Not sure if they were undercooked or what but every time i finally got one down i was hit with an overwhelming thurst like ive never felt before, its really hard to explain truly.

I've eaten here WAY too many times as a local, but the Butter Burger Baskets are toooo good! I always get a Reeses/Oreo custard as well. Amazing food and service!

All Culver’s are not equal. I’m used to the location in Fort Mill, where orders are always accurate, and they give excellent service. I was in the area visiting family, and we decided to stop by Culver’s for lunch. We placed two separate orders via the drive thru. Mine was a Culver’s Deluxe basket with just lettuce, tomato, and onion. My aunt’s order was massive, and had four Culver’s Deluxe baskets (all the way) and a Chicken Sandwich basket. I ordered mine separately for a reason…I don’t like mustard, mayo, or pickles (actually, I do like pickles, but they have to be a certain kind like Grillo’s…but I digress). Anyway, we receive our orders and proceed to my aunt’s house only to find that the associates didn’t bother separating my order from my aunt’s. All of the sandwiches were together, which resulted in one of my cousins eating my burger. I was LIVID, and was just left eating the fries. I couldn’t believe those associates were so lazy and backward that they would dump everything together that way. This location is nothing like the Fort Mill Culver’s and I know better than to come here the next time I’m in town.

The guy and the girl working the window on 7/31/25 need to be reconsidered, the boy taking orders isn’t too bad but he kept getting confused. We accidentally drove a little in front of the window and the girl taking our payment had a bad attitude just because I wanted to make sure my order was right due to the confusion with the guy.
