Tried another Culver’s location today, and this one was definitely a step up from the last one I visited. The restaurant looked cleaner, the staff seemed more organized, and the overall vibe felt a little more welcoming. Ordering was quick and the employees were polite, which made the visit start off on a good note.

The food was solid — the ButterBurger had good flavor and was cooked well, and the fries were hot and crispy. Everything tasted fresher here,...

My husband and I eat at Culver's several times a month. We went to the Main St, Summerville on Saturday (Jan. 17) when we were out running errands. Every time we have eaten at any of the local Culver's, the food has been outstanding. I've eaten everything from corn dogs to fish sandwiches, salads to burgers, and we get frozen custard every trip. I have never had anything bad and their fries are PERFECT every time! They're always fresh and hot with just the...

Carey was amazing. Very thorough making sure we knew exactly what we were getting. A nice change from the usual rude customer service you get at a lot of fast food places. Didn't like employees side conversations about other employees. Customers don't want to hear that and nobody should have to work being talked about by others especially in front of people.
