I love the warm, inviting atmosphere of this cafe. I am always warmly greeted upon entering by the staff. I haven't had a bad coffee yet and I have tried a lot of their offerings. Their baked goods are very tasty too. I enjoy meeting up with friends and catching up here. Love the downtown location too!

Stopped here while visiting family and accidentally spilled my drink while trying to put my straw in the to go lid. Staff would not replace my drink (after I spent $12 on 2 drinks) and instead offered me 15% to buy another drink. I waited in a long line to order and was not going to get back in it and pay again. Very disappointed in my experience.
