Its Dairy Queen in a strip mall by Publix. Chain store experience and expectations. Nothing unique or special. But it's clean. 👍

I ordered a banana split and a hotdog combo. A girl with long hair reddish in color came out with a banana split. I wasn’t sure if it was my banana split. I asked if it was with the hotdog combo. She replied with a smart remark and said it is a banana split. Later just slung the hotdog across the counter. I had to ask for my chips. I went outside to see if there was any information outside on who to contact. Another customer was disturbed by her actions. So if you check your call log 6/13/25 between 6:00 and 6:30 you probably have a couple of calls. I didn’t want to speak to a kid. I have never had issues here before. I would love to be contacted. I was offered a refund. I am not trying to get a free meal. I don’t want one. If I see that individual in there again I will not eat there again. She needs to learn, and I wasn’t even rude. The woman I spoke with outside agreed. I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t taking someone’s banana split

As I was trying to understand if I am banned from the franchise or not. A red headed man comes up and proceeds to talk to me. After this he than proceeds to scratch his butt, than he goes WITHOUT CHANGING GLOVES OR WASHING HANDS to making another customers food. This has absolutely disgusted me.

Fantastic service, fantastic food and wonderful memories. Every time my family and I visit the staff is accommodating and kind, and everything is made to perfection. We couldn't be happier with this location.

Clean. Quick service.

I visited this DQ twice in the last two months. The first time I got an ice cream cake and it was really nice with nice writing on it. The second time was yesterday for my birthday and we had a great meal and blizzard and the staff both times was so friendly and so accommodating.

probably would’ve had a nice time had there been sufficient lids placed on the cups upon delivery so i didn’t have to open my ice cream up to an explosion all over my entire bed at almost 9pm because it melted down in the time frame of it leaving the store to getting to my house. you don’t need those tall lids on those cups it catches nothing from falling it creates a puddle inside the lid and regardless where you open it you’re losing 90% product. entire ice cream is trashed. lid was no longer useful, lost my appetite for anything to do with ice cream, and i can’t even place it into the freezer because i no longer have a lid for it and it’ll be freezer burned by the morning. just how i wanted to spend my night.
