Pizza smelled funny and tasted awful. First delivered was incorrect toppings. Second had an awful smell and taste. Will not be ordering again. Both ended up in the trash they were so bad we couldn't stand eating them. Shame Dominos has gone downhill like this.

Have no clue what is wrong with their website. Placed an order online and they cancelled the order saying I was out of their delivery zone. I’m confused because 1. I’ve ordered online before and 2. The website automatically selected the store based on the delivery address. Maybe they need to look into this because it’s nothing I did on my end. I simply went on the website, selected my address which was saved from a previous delivery and placed an order. The young lady I spoke with was really friendly and sweet, but the experience is not one that I would expect from Domino’s. Guess I’ll be ordering from Marcos since there seems to be something wrong with Domino’s website.

I always do carry out. They always greet me even though they are normally super busy. They are kind and helpful. If a mistake was made, they fix it. Overall, I am normally very happy with this locations food and service! I normally order online and use coupons. For a family of five, I buy 3 medium handpan pizzas for 30ish dollars (with coupons and two specialty pizzas).

Delivery driver took 53 mins, from the time he left the store, to travel 1.3 miles. This happens all the time with this store. It is apparent that the management have no clue what they are doing.

Third time order has been wrong. Call the store and they laugh that they put barbecue sauce on the cinnamon sticks vs the actual cinnamon sauce.

Poor customer service with lack of follow through or care to rectify the matter at hand. Manager walked away even after being asked to get the dipping sauces for 3 orders. Thankfully other stores are more gracious in overloading so we had the pizza dipping sauces at home. Manger would rather let the computer do her work in fixing/changing/altering/cancelling orders than using phone service which she requested we call back but wouldn’t pick up.
Previous manager ran a tight ship and made it well worth going out of my way to frequent this one over the closer one on main st in Summerville. It also was pleasant to go to and customer service was top notch. After this I’ll be changing to the Main st. location.

I thought I'd give Domino's one last chance. The food has been really gross the last couple of deliveries. The pizza (flatbread) was undercooked and lukewarm. I'm not sure what's happening at Domino's, but I really can't set my expectations any lower.
Pay the extra couple of bucks and order food at Brooklyn South Pizza. It really is superior in every way.

Orders are consistently correct, and whenever I had an error with an online order, I could call back and get store credit un less than 5 minutes. Whenever in the store, the people in there are very nice and professional! Probably one of the best Dominos I've ordered from.
3 stars on chesse filled bread sticks. Neither end piece had cheese. Only the center pieces had cheese. I realize you have seal the ends but it was more than this
1 Star on the new york style pizza. Say 6 slices but was cut into 8. Bottom of pizza was not fully cooked, was in fact soggy not crispy.
