The last 2 times I’ve ordered from this location, my coffee has been subpar. I order the same thing from every dunkin and this particular store cannot get it right. My first mess up was a hot protein mocha latte. I had them remake it and they still messed it up. They did not steam the milk. Either time. Today, I ordered an iced protein mocha latte. The sticker has all correct ingredients, but I knew it was wrong by the color alone. Definitely not the correct amount of mocha and I also don’t taste espresso at all and I got a second shot. Or they charged me for it at least!!! This latte tastes like iced milk. Very disappointed.

I stopped by a different Dunkin’ location than my usual one, hoping for a quick bite and a change of pace. The experience was a bit mixed. The food wasn’t quite what I expected — my sandwich came out lukewarm, and it tasted like it had been sitting for a bit. Even the donuts didn’t have that fresh quality I’m used to from other Dunkin’ spots.
That said, the staff here really helped balance things out. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and moved the line along efficiently. The dining area was clean and well‑kept, which I appreciated.
Overall, the customer service and cleanliness were solid, but the food quality just didn’t hit the mark this time. I’m giving this location three stars and hoping the next visit is closer to the Dunkin’ standard I’m used to.

The DDonuts in Pinellas Park just sucks, theyve for the past 3 days now given me sweet tea when i specifically order unsweet. Anytime I go to this store something is always wrong wron muffin, drink not righjt and i pay and tip evrytime. None of th other Dunkins are this way only the one in Pinella Park

This is my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts to go to especially since it’s right in my neighborhood! But the staff here is so amazing I have never had a bad experience with anyone there. They always make my drink exactly how I like it and if the cold foam isn’t on there they are so quick to add it and so overwhelming nice! I spoke to the manager and he is absolutely wonderful too he’s alway happy and super nice! I will continue to keep coming here as they just make my day so much better with how sweet they are!

I have been to Dunkin at 2304 N COLLEGE RD Wilmington, NC 28405 for the third time this and have not been able to order my food. The first time they were a little backed up so went inside and was the second in line and it took forever for girl to take the order. I got to cash register and she asked me to wait a minute. I stood there for 10 minutes and had to leave so could to get to class on time. The next 2 times I went to the drive through and was told to wait a minute both times. I waited several minutes both times and I drove off because I think they forgot about me. I went across the street to McDonalds and less than 1 minute I ordered, received and paid for my food. I jokingly the girl at McDonalds the she needed to go to work at Dunkin and show them what customer service was. And she said she hears it all the time. I am from New Bern NC and never had an issue with our Dunkin service and go there a lot. I was also here in October for class and the school stopped to get donuts at 6 in the morning and they were not open and had a sign on the door saying they were closed due being short staff.
Please call Dunkin in New Bern and get them come train these people.

You never disappoint! Every single time I go there you screw up the order!! Do you have one employee that even can read or that has a shred of work ethic? Cream and sugar…I get a black coffee filled with grinds again and again! But I’m sure you don’t care! I just can’t anymore…see ya

SLOW. 21 minutes wait, maybe 2 customers inside. Their machines are not set up right so that’s a corporate issue, not their issue for not getting orders right.
The woman who communicated the issue was kind and pleasant. So 5 stars for her but pretty frustrated with the experience.

I recommend not even visiting the Dunkin in Charlotte north Carolina on brookshire the managers there are terrible and mean there so rude to the employees and also the customers worst store in America by far !!!!!

A coffee shop is one of the cheapest business models anyone can have. Yet Dunkin's corporate office is filled with the same greedy, selfish, entitled rich people as every other major American business.
The quality of their products has gone down substantially. They barely put half a mouthful of filling in any of their filled donuts anymore. That's the biggest insult ever from them. Those selfish, greedy corpos couldn't figure out how to fill a pastry with over a 500% markup value. Dunkin Corporate is either stupid or they think their customers are.
