Placed an online order Saturday 6/28 At the store located at 612 10th St E Palmetto FL 34221, and arrived at 11 to the drive thru. Waited about 15 minutes in line, which was no big deal since there were about 5 cars ahead of me. Pulled up to the window and was handed my order. Moved from the window to pull over and check my order and was missing a wrap and both hash browns that had been ordered. Parked and went inside where I informed an associate who took my order back. Waited another 15 mins and then asked to speak to a manager who informed me that they were others ahead of me and they were short staffed. I said I understood but that I had already been waiting half an hour and that my order had been incorrect to begin with. I was then informed that the staff was new and I stated the order was on the bag slip so I wasn’t sure what the problem was. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me and told me that if I couldn’t be patient she would call the cops. She then proceeded to shout to her employees to stop all orders and make mine priority. A young man came over and asked what my order had been and I explained it to him. He said he would handle it. After a few minutes I heard her asking them did you triple check that the order is correct? I was then handed my order. I checked it again and this time realized that I was missing 2 wraps. I called the manager back over who then informed me that she had been working 19 days in a row and she “wasn’t doing this” over wraps. That this wasn’t a 5 star restaurant, it was Dunkin Donuts. I asked for a refund and she said she would need my phone to see the app that I had placed the order on. I went and got my phone and went back in where she advised that she would handle my refund after the customers in line because “they were there before me”. I waited and when I got to the register she stated that she would need my card. I went back out and got my card and again went in and waited in line. As I was standing in line other customers told me that I should get her name and call corporate. I advised them that she wouldn’t give it to me but the young man that remade my order had told me. She then yelled over the customers in line back to me to stop talking to her customers to which another customer said to her “just stop. You’re doing too much. You shouldn’t be acting like this as a manager.” That customer then threatened to leave if she didn’t stop acting how she was. I finally got up and received the receipt for my refund. This was at 11:55. All of that nonsense took an hour and I still left without my order. This was the first time I have been to this store and I will never return. The sign out front states under new management. The managers name is Emily and it looks like they need to keep searching for the right fit.

been going here for 23 years as of today I was informed my coffee was $4.55 for an xl hot coffee with caramel cream and sugar and have been paying $3.56 which i think is high but this price increase did it for me you have lost a loyal customer and many other people I know we understand stuff is high but a cup of coffee for almost $5 no thank you hopefully the right person sees this and does something about it i mean qt 1.99 xl coffee is sounding real good right now

I like Dunkin a lot, but I always order on the mobile app. Then when I arrive to pickup my order, they are always out of things that it allowed me to order. Then you are stuck with a “store credit” or some other food item I didn’t want. If you are out of something, why can’t you mark it on the app?? Mark it as unavailable/sold out, or remove it until you have it. Other companies do this. It happens every single time and it’s getting old.

This Dunkin’ location is a mess. The employees are unmotivated, and it’s obvious there’s no leadership. I waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged, only for them to get my order wrong after another 15 minutes of waiting. The staff clearly doesn’t care about service or quality.

I love Dunkin, but this location is horrible. The coffee was scorched and old, and we couldn't even drink it.

Worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. First off I waited for about 15 minutes before anyone even started on my order. There was 8 people probable there that could’ve done it but we’re too busy playing games and talking. The manager didn’t do anything to make these people do their job which is why I waited for my food. Nobody apologized for the bad service I received the whole entire time I was there and could’ve cared less about me getting out. The one cashier I was trying to talk to about not getting my drink didn’t listen to me and is why I will never go back to this particular store. If anyone just watched the video they could see that it’s run poorly. Horrible and would rather pay double at Starbucks where service is top priority.

It's a Sunday morning, lobby doors locked. Making you wait 20 minutes in a slow drive through line. For an online order that I would cancel so I don't waste time and money. Get it together!!! Not very mindful, not very demure.
