I recommend not even visiting the Dunkin in Charlotte north Carolina on brookshire the managers there are terrible and mean there so rude to the employees and also the customers worst store in America by far !!!!!
A coffee shop is one of the cheapest business models anyone can have. Yet Dunkin's corporate office is filled with the same greedy, selfish, entitled rich people as every other major American business. The quality of their products has gone down substantially. They barely put half a mouthful of filling in any of their filled donuts anymore. That's the biggest insult ever from them. Those selfish, greedy corpos couldn't figure out how to fill a pastry with over a 500% markup value. Dunkin Corporate is either stupid or they think their customers are.
Cold unmelted cheese on all 3 of my orders!! Terrible! Do not go to this location.

They cannot seem to get an iced latte correctly. The latte is given to me completely black with no milk in it or when I ask them did they forget the milk they bring it completely white that just takes like a cup of milk. The egg and cheese croissant is cold not even toasted when I asked for extra toasted. It’s either lazy staff or they need some serious training. I’m glad there is a Starbucks across the street but I’ve always loved Dunkin and I have moved to this area and this is by far the worst location.

Really disappointing visit to this Dunkin. Service was super slow, and my order was wrong. I placed a mobile order and for my iced lattes — Pumpkin Spice and Caramel Craze — I received a vanilla latte and cereal milk latte instead. The half dozen donuts were stale, and the hashbrowns were dissapointing — only five pieces, and the bag wasn’t even half full. The only thing that was actually good was the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. This location is convenient since it’s right outside Cane Bay, but honestly, I don’t plan on coming back after this experience.

The young lady name Kennedi was very sweet and helpful. My drink was made wrong and she made sure my drink got made right. She had so much manners

Rewards program to be devalued again. Used to be able to get something after a reasonable amount of time. Harder to accumulate points now and redemption values have gone up. 800 points for a breakfast sandwich is 900 now. I just go on Mobile Mondays now to get the extra 100 points toward getting a reward
But today I was berated in the drive thru at the Newburgh Indiana location, and was intimidated to leave the drive thru when i was ju explaining the mishap. I called and spoke to a “manager” without and resolve. Over an online order they couldn’t scan and let me pay at the window. The order was for multiple people so it made me have to pull over and reorder, jogging my memory on what everyone got. By the time I get it paid for and up to the window, I have two online orders to pick up. I personally thought I added a some items that I had added the first time and because of this mistake, I was told by some kid with braces to “maybe you should order your food correctly next time” as he turns his body straight towards the window, makes direct eye contact and puffs out his chest. It was very uncomfortable and I can’t even begin to explain how rude. I have never beetalked to or spoke that way to someone in many years of customer service. And he stood there just looking at me silently until i pulled off. There was no trying to figure out what happened, he was not talking any longer. Mind you i do not understand where the mess up is at this point. When I called to report the situation, I do not believe I was speaking to a true manager. He said it was Regil, or Reginal. He didnt once apologized, he just kept saying okay, and yeah, then he finally asked me what I would like done and like i wanted a refund or free food. I said none if that matters and isnt the point. I can reorder my food but they way your cashier treats people is unacceptable behavior even outside of a professional establishment, and that I’d never be returning! This “manager” said “OKAY I will have a talk with him”. LOL like what?
I visited the drive thru location at 502 pintail trace in Chesterton . They thought serving a completely burnt croissant was acceptable to serve me! I had labs taken and was on a fast when, I stopped on my way to work. Horrible.. no bargain if you pay six dollars and only can drink the coffee. I used to stop on my way to work often but this is the second time, I was served burnt food. I’ll not go back. They had opportunity to ask me to pull forward so they could remake the sandwich but they choose to serve something not edible.

The food and drinks were absolutely horrible. Everyone working there was very polite . Still 25 bucks for 2 inedible breakfast sandiwches and 2 drinks hard no going forward

Very very very slow service. Thought they were run by snails
Our food and drinks were fine. But we waited at the register for 15 minutes with no help or service whatsoever, all we needed were the 3 donuts that we ordered practically 25 minutes prior. we watched several other people get their food that ordered minutes after us, as well as dozens of mobile food and drinks. they seemed to be extremely understaffed as well.

Horrible Dunkin Location. Any time I order at any other dunkin my order is always correct. Every time I go to this specific location they always put my drink in as something different than what I ask for? And the price is more than my drink that I ask for and when I mentioned it last time, girl got snarky with me and still charged me more than the drink is. I ended up getting snarky back.

This is the most understaffed DD I've been to...ever! I could brew a pot of coffee as long as it takes to get thru their drive thru for 1 cup.
