I used to love Dunkin because it stood apart.from Starbucks... I think the way things are trending, they are trying to "keep up with the Jones" and they are more like Starbucks with every update. I wouldn't mind so much as long as they hold onto the basics, but the changes are also pushing up the prices. I guess that's just the price of competing. Still like Dunkin coffee better than Starbucks. This particular Dunkin has a good staff. Fast and friendly.

When ordering a drink along with snacks, more often they hand me the drink and I have to remind them about my food. They just need to improve on reading orders. Otherwise drinks and snacks are tasty.
