The hours posted that they were open until 8pm. Showed up at 7:45 and they were closed. Unprofessional.

Interesting experience ordering a drink. There were two employees behind the counter, very nice, one was training but there was a younger guy in the store that they apparently knew being weird about customers. Very unprofessional if you ask me. Please don’t allow off the clock come in there and just hang out if they are going to talk about customers! Also; I had to use the rest room so they left my drink at the pick up counter and I don’t know if I quite trust the person in there just hanging out!

Rude girl working the drive thru. My husband and I just left without getting anything. We went there for a dunkin wrap. She told us they were out. So we asked for a minute so we could we could look at the menu. A few seconds went by she asked impatiently saying “are you ready?” We said one moment. We could hear her on her speaker saying “omg” then she goes are you ready? My husband said, “if we were ready don’t you think we would’ve told you” “She goes have a nice day. Leave.” We left didnt get her name, since we had some where to be. She was a blonde girl with pinkish dye in her hair.

Typically in the past, the customer service has been excellent not sure if this is a “new hire” but the lady working in the drive-through today was very unfriendly not welcoming complaining about customers to other employees while I’m sitting in the drive-through. very unprofessional!

Employees working 9/17 not very pleasant. Need to work on service skills. I hate the feeling like I'm the one causing them to work and making them unhappy. I'm only here to get donuts and pay money. I get it, it is early but maybe attend a service class or something. Funny part about this is I used the self service kiosk and still got ignored. Do better or I will have to take my business somewhere else.

I ordered a matcha this morning and planned to use one of the coupons I received when the store first opened (they gave the first 100 customers drinks for a year). I’ve used this coupon before without an issue, so I didn’t expect a problem.
At the window, I was told I couldn’t use the coupon. That was fine — I said I’d order something else instead. However, when I asked to cancel the first order, the employee audibly said “oh my god,” as if my request was an inconvenience. I was the only car there, so this reaction was uncalled for and left a negative impression.
I’ve worked in food and beverage, so I understand the challenges of customer service — but professionalism matters, regardless of the situation. Talking about a customer where they can hear you and reacting with frustration over a simple change is not acceptable. In my job in healthcare, if I reacted like that to a patient or their family, I’d absolutely hear about it.
Experiences like this make customers feel disrespected and less likely to return. I hope this feedback helps improve future service.

Management issue. Unorganized chaos, never ever prepared - no leadership and that includes leadership not at the store.

This is the 4th, with a bad experience. Taking forever to get food and drinks when not busy at all. Ordered ahead think it would be better, nope, order 30min ahead got there nothing ready, saying they didn’t have the order when clearly my name was on the screen. The took another 20
Mina to get food and drinks.

Went to get a breakfast sandwich and drink. They were out of oj and the sandwich was ice cold. Brought back in and requested a refund. They made me wait 10 minutes and the manager gave me a refund. Didn’t say he was sorry or even cared that the food wasn’t cooked. I can see why it was so bad if the manager doesn’t care. I live right behind this place and won’t go back.

This has to be the worst Dunkin I’ve ever visited! First they messed up my order, when I brought to their attention a sandy blonde young girl got an instant attitude, I could hear her using profanity while I was ordering. She was playing with the heavy set female who said she was the manager. I would never trust eating here again, the hygiene of the workers are bad, to include the manager who had white stuff crawling in her hair. They serve old food and they play entirely too much!

The slowest moving staff ever, especially first thing in the morning! None of the employees seem to make the correct drinks and from the tone in the morning, they sure as heck don’t sound like they want to be here!

You know these places aren't new to DoorDash. Get the order, fulfill the order by time for the Dashers to pick up an get them on the way, but getting the order and pushing it to the side when it should be ready at the designated time to be picked up, its just poor time management. Fella behind the desk and acknowledging that the order had been there prior waiting....these are the ups and downs.
