The service and cleanliness of the store has deteriorated significantly since we visited it several months ago. The staff members were unpleasant and seemed not pleased to be serving customers. More disappointing was the interior where dining tables were uncleaned and crumbs along with liquid stains were on the countertop. The service back area appeared to be equally messy and dirty. The place was so dirty that we decieved to grab our coffee and leave instead of sitting down at the tables that surely were not cleaned for some time.

Sent husband there for ice cocoa mocha latte and he had to turn around to let them know that they gv him the wrong drink. I was on the phone with him when he told them the name of drink and the girl fixed the same drink twice and just added whipped cream and chocolate drizzle and no ice of course. I tried calling and they refused to answer the call.

Absolutely horrible experience, my ice coffee had milk turtles and a hair in my sandwich. Before my food and drink came, I was appalled by the manager's behavior towards the staff. I pity them.

Disappointed by the service on FIVE donut holes. I placed the order while there are FOUR employees standing around. No other customers expect for drive through. Once I pay, all of a sudden, everyone is gone. I stood for about 5 mins and took a peak in the back and saw someone on their phone. The DT employee finally sees my order and comes to get it for me. I said, “they all abandoned you.” He said, “nah, they’re all back there on their phones.” Absolutely ridiculous.
