I had a great experience at this Dunkin’ location. The service was fast and the atmosphere was really pleasant. The young lady who took my order was super friendly and made the visit even better. I got a donut and a latte and they were both absolutely delicious. I will definitely be coming back!

Boy with braids was laying across counter like sleeping and not friendly at all. Asked what I wanted then rang it up. Gave my gift card and he asked if I wanted it back. Of course I did with money still on it. Then found out apple crumb donut had an upcharge and had to give 57 cents more. No thank you, have a nice day or anything. It was like we were bothering him. Hate going there!

This location ALWAYS has you waiting. Standing there for over 10 minutes before anyone asked if I needed help. Finally was handed the coffee that was now cold, and still had to wait for someone to box the donuts. Buyer Beware using Mobile Order for this location. Definitely a lack of leadership

Ordered a bagel toasted well with cream cheese. First one was not toasted with barely enough cc to stick top and bottom together. Next one still barely toasted but did have more cream cheese Yet the 6/8 people behind the counter were talking and laughing. You think they could get a simple order right. Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I wish I read the reviews first, I would have went to the one on st James. That place listens to what you order!!

This dunkin is the worst I have ever experienced. They can never get an order right. I ordered two hashbrowns and two egg and cheese bagels with extra cheese. The extra cheese was missing BOTH bagels were wrong. One of the sandwiches every ingredient was coming out the side and the one slice of cheese they put was completely dried up and overcooked. Both of The hashbrowns were so smushed see picture. I have tried to give them multiple chances but unfortunately it’s the same every time. I tried to call the store but shocker the “voicemail is full.” I don’t typically leave bad reviews but I am beyond frustrated and this isn’t the first time.
The staff is wonderful. Always warm, friendly and accommodating.

I came through the drive thur today and ordered a hot large matcha latte with two pumps of hazelnut. I get my drink and it’s not even filled all the way and no hazelnut. What’s the point of ordering a large if I’m going to get the amount that’s in a medium?? Tried calling them, the phone number on the receipt doesn’t work either.

Bought a ? and a yeti look alike cup for my daughter to take to school. I told my daughter she couldn't take it that day it had to be washed first. Lady behind the counter took it to the back and cleaned it for her. On top she filled w ice and water. Thought it was over and above what they could have done. Also she came back with some dragon stickers to decorate it... thanks dunkin it made her day!

Ran through the drive thru to grab munchkins for my Physical Therapists on the way to my PT session. It took no time at all, the munchkins looked great, and were well received at PT.
Kid-friendliness: The munchkins are just the right size for small children, and the box of 50 assorted munchkins gives kids/people choices where they can have several different kinds without over eating.
