Disappointed by the service on FIVE donut holes. I placed the order while there are FOUR employees standing around. No other customers expect for drive through. Once I pay, all of a sudden, everyone is gone. I stood for about 5 mins and took a peak in the back and saw someone on their phone. The DT employee finally sees my order and comes to get it for me. I said, “they all abandoned you.” He said, “nah, they’re all back there on their phones.” Absolutely ridiculous.

What's with refrigerated glazed donuts? I thought the donuts at these places are supposed to be freshly made.

Lord, have mercy, this is my favorite Dunkin' among so very many locations I visit every week. The attentive service by the gentleman that are at the front is so very appreciated and keeps me coming back!

This morning, I visited my local Dunkin’ Donuts location (2519 N Main St Suite A, Summerville, SC). My intent was simple, to purchase two toasted coconut donuts, a definite longtime favorite of mine. However, I was promptly informed at the drive-thru that the toasted coconut donut has been discontinued.
I left without making a purchase.
What puzzles me most is what possible justification is there for this action? On numerous prior visits, often before 9:00 a.m., I was told that this specific donut had already “sold out for the day”. That suggests strong, consistent demand. If that is the case, it raises a logical question: Why would a popular and fast-selling product be removed from the menu?
Discontinuing a high-demand item runs counter to basic principles of providing customer satisfaction. This decision diminishes customer loyalty, especially when many patrons, like me, come specifically for that item.
I respectfully urge Dunkin’ corporate to reconsider its decision. Until that time I will be driving the extra three miles to visit Krispy Kreme doughnuts as they continue to sell their coconut doughnuts.

I had a great experience at this Dunkin’ location. The service was fast and the atmosphere was really pleasant. The young lady who took my order was super friendly and made the visit even better. I got a donut and a latte and they were both absolutely delicious. I will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful service
Boy with braids was laying across counter like sleeping and not friendly at all. Asked what I wanted then rang it up. Gave my gift card and he asked if I wanted it back. Of course I did with money still on it. Then found out apple crumb donut had an upcharge and had to give 57 cents more. No thank you, have a nice day or anything. It was like we were bothering him. Hate going there!
This location ALWAYS has you waiting. Standing there for over 10 minutes before anyone asked if I needed help. Finally was handed the coffee that was now cold, and still had to wait for someone to box the donuts. Buyer Beware using Mobile Order for this location.
Definitely a lack of leadership
Great customer service.
