They screw up orders and then you have to stand there and watch them make every other order before you get your fixed order. No apology as well.

I visited the site in Knightsville, SC on Central Ave tbis morning, specifically because my granddaughter wanted their donuts for breakfast on her birthday. Now, I should have remembered my last visit there, when I decided I would never go back there. I've been there several times in the past, and dealt with similar issues, so it wasn't a fluke, or a one time event. It started off with a very rude, and uninterested young girl at the register, who acted as though we were really interrupting her morning by walking up to the counter. After placing our order, and having a seat to wait, we were called up to grab my wife's drink, which was wrong, along with my coffee, which was also wrong, and tasted like dishwater. When I asked the other young lady that actually made my drink if she used the right sugar free syrup, and she looked me right in the eye, and walked away. I had to speak up to get her attention, at which point she mumbled something and walked off. I have no idea what she said. My wife took her drink back to the counter and asked for a different, correct one, and the manager was as rude and uninterested as the rest of the staff we dealt with. We ordered breakfast wraps, but were given something else, which would have been much lower priced, but the line was so long I wasn't interested in waiting. Then, we realized the first young lady had completely forgotten my granddaughters drink, so I went back to get her one. The young lady at the register took my cash, couldn't get the 2 dollars and 83 cents out of the drawer because her nails were so long. When she finally did, I stuck my hand out to recieve my change. Instead of placing the change in my hand, she turned her hand over and dumped it, which went everywhere, except my hand. I feel kind of gripey even posting this. But when you run a business that deals with the public, and just like most other pwople, I've worked those same type jobs in the past, you should at least make a minimal effort to take care of your customers. Dunkin Donuts in Knightsville, you can do a lot better.

I don't normally leave reviews but this Dunkin is getting ridiculous. The customer service is horrible. Not even welcome or hello. The attitudes are so annoying to deal with, that it just got to the point I stopped going there. They need new management or stop hiring high-schoolers that could care less.

I walk in and there's seven people behind the counter. Three of which are doing nothing but joking around. I stand at the counter waiting for someone to take my order. Finally, the manager tells someone to assist me. After my order, I stand to the side and wait for my coffee. The guy that took my order decides to get on his phone and cut up with the other employees instead of making my drink. If you guys are gonna dick around, at least finish the customers' order.
