Unfortunately I ordered through uber eats and didn’t receive all of my order. ok, that’s fine, mistakes happen and the bag was sealed so I know it was the workers at Dunkin’ fault but whatever. I go to the drive thru to order what Uber eats didn’t bring me and whoever was taking my order was rude, she did not ask me if I would like anything else she just hopped off the speaker and when I said excuse me, she hops back on with an attitude, I said you know what forget it, and then another young lady gets on the speaker and I told her hey there’s no need to be rude and she gets an attitude as well, so I left, there’s no need for y’all to serve me if you’re gonna be rude. I don’t trust people to serve me food with an attitude like that. And now we’ve got two new coffee places nearby, I think I’ll take my money over there from now on.

They tried to upsell me 5 times when ordering a single drink. Kudos on the upsell attempt but once is enough.

Always have had fast service here. The only problem that I have encountered is traffic. You have cars coming in from one road off of Main St, one from a road in front of Earth Fare, and one from a road coming from Home Depot.

I am from NH, so coffee here isn't anything compared to the coffee in The north but the service was amazing answered all my silly questions, I get a complicated order so it's usually never right, I got 5 butter pecan and I feel like there is NEVER any butter pecan in my coffee? It's the strangest thing to order 5 pumps and never ever taste it? But it's understandable, they do a great job and fast too !

Not directed at this store directly but to the region. Shame on you for not participating in nurses week. I've worked in other areas of the country and never had this issue. Pretty sure its just greed.

Quick and easy on our way through to get some coffee. Staff is quick and being from the Northeast is nice they understand the order lingo as it is in our area, unlike those further south

Got there they said they were making our drinks and we stood there 15 mins and we had to ask about our drinks they were already made but just sitting behind the counter. Ridiculous. Worst dunkin ever

Awful service. Generally great food. Matcha latte was about 60% full and mostly foam. The young lady taking the order was a terrible communicator. Definitely the worst experience at a Dunkin I have had.

Paid the extra dollar for bacon just wow. Also very rude lady gave me my change and it dropped on the ground refused to give me my change and wanted me to get it myself

Made my coffee wrong and when i asked for cream and sugar they just gave me packets of sugar and a cup of cream instead of fixing it themselves. This is unacceptable behavior from dunkin coming from a girl who comes multiple times a week. Made me spill my coffee all over my hoodie. :(

Coffee was made wrong and tasted like 3 day old burnt coffee. The server was anything but happy to be at work. I used the drive-through which looked like a personal trash yard with all the garbage everywhere. Seriously though this place needs to get its act together.

The absolute WORST location I’ve ever visited! The entire staff needs proper training on customer service and how to prepare the food! General manager lacks customer service skills as well!
