Went to this location for the 1st time on 3/11/24 got a carmel craze signature latte and another drink. Got half way home before I tried the drink and it tasted like fish and something sour. It was disgusting. Got home and my son tried his and he asked me why does my drink taste like fish. Had to dump them both out. So disappointing, will never go back to this location again.

This location is by far the worst one around! If you have the time to stop at another I recommend taking that few extra minutes to stop somewhere else!!! Went in and my total was $34 and some change. They absolutely refused to take my $50 bill!! Makes no sense! They always take forever to even get to the register to help you out and don’t even think about placing a mobile order and going through the drive thru to pick it up!!! They just stare at you and pretend they can’t see the order so you have to tell them what you got. Most unprofessional and slack dunkin I have EVER been to.

Donuts are good, coffee/mocha not so great and service hasn't been good either, very slow in the mornings in the drive thru. I normally order a mocha latte ice and they clearly need to learn how to make it right because it's watered down and it doesn't even taste like a mocha it just taste like water mixed with coffee no flavor it just tasted like water that they thru in with chocolate and didn't bother to mix it in well. Had chunks of chocolate floating in my cup would've taken a pic was highly disappointed. I will forever give my money to Krispy Kreme because they know how to make their mocha ice actually taste pretty good and theirs don't taste like water

I don’t go to Dunkin’ because they are the same . I ordered just a simple hazelnut hot coffee they gave me a large regular coffee. Why can’t people do their jobs right nobody was in line and they still messed up the order. What is wrong with these employees.
