Bro the iced macchiato is sooo good and STRONG. They always make it with no flavor just how I ask for it and they put I swear about 4 or 5 shots in a medium. Delicious and not insanely expensive like the other coffee chain that shall not be named.
Bad customer service and I'm not coming back the two black girls like to play games and stuff they laughing and giggling now I feel sick

Just ordered a drink less than 20 minutes ago. Asked for a medium iced peppermint mocha with cream and liquid sugar. Somehow ended up with a medium iced peppermint mocha with caramel syrup and liquid sugar😂😭😂it ended up tasting delicious though so it was a happy mistake
How can a coffee place be so inconsistent? I ordered two pumpkin spice lattes, one with regular milk and one with oat milk. The regular on they forgot the espresso. Yep, warm pumpkin spiced milk.

I'm at this dunkin far to much to admit to. Lolz. And atleast 60% of the time. They get ny order right. That's when one specific young lady is there. When I ask for granulated sugar. That means granulated. Not liquid. I ask for it for specific reasons. Liquid sugar gives me hellafid heart burn. Make it the way the customer asks for it. Not the way you want it. I'm paying for it. Not you. Still love this dunkin. But damn. Wth. Not the type to create a scene or anything. But damn.

SHELBY!!!! I JUST went through the drive thru and she was extremely helpful and so funny! She was so great! She even interacted with my little in a fun way while taking my order and it was funny! I noticed the wrong gatorades were grabbed and she didn’t skip a beat to fix it before even opening the window. The whole experience was so nice! You can tell everyone gets along and works well together and without drama. I’ve not yet had a bad experience here at all. The young man at the window was so nice as well!
