We used Firehouse Subs for a large catering event on the 4th of July holiday. They did an amazing job bringing multiple deliveries throughout the day and even adding subs to our order last minute. Great subs, and great people! Thank you Firehouse Subs in Azalea Square!

As the third time attempting to place an order at this location, I have walked out for the final time without my food. You’re met with disrespectful workers who don’t acknowledge your presence and take others orders (who are in line behind you) first. Maybe they knew them personally? Even upon voicing these concerns, all you receive back are blank stares with a “idgaf” attitude. This is a pathetic excuse of a poorly managed restaurant chain that I’ve otherwise always had great experiences (at other locations). Avoid this location at all costs!!!!

Ordered on the app with a pickup time of an hour later. Unbeknownst to me, they make the food as soon as they print the ticket. (As soon as I ordered) needless to say, my entire order sat for an hour before I even arrived to pick it up. Then had another 20min drive home making everything I ordered a nasty, soggy, mess that was very unappetizing to say the least. Why are we given the option to choose a pickup time if all orders are being made as soon as they come in? Employees need to be much more attentive to every order.
