The burgers are consistently excellent. Endless toppings included. The portions are very big, so the price is somewhat justified. If you have a big appetite and can afford to splurge a little, this is a good spot to eat. Staff are always very good.

Not for those with peanut allergies as they have peanuts availible to snack on while you wait and potatoes cook with 100% peanut oil. Burgers are also prepared using peanut oil.

Ordered food here paid $20 dollars for a hamburger get 20 minutes back to my hotel and it’s a patty and 2 pieces of bacon nothing else who in there right mind would make that and think someone ordered that to eat? told them I wanted a refund and they couldn’t do it unless I drove 20 minutes back to there location ruined my dinner will never go back to five guys

look, its burgers. tasty and easy. but im not happy about the lazy and unconcerned answers to my Gluten allergie/celiac. saying the bun as a lettice bun is not a signal that its an allergy issue. no one changed gloves, and no one even talked about it which scared me. so no. not happy. kinda scared. why can Augusta 5guys get it but this store not?
A little expensive but amazing food and a soda machine service is nice and most 5 guys are cold this was not as cold so that was nice and seating outside

Very disappointed in my latest visit to 5 Guys in Summerville. They appeared well staffed but service was extremely slow (and sloppy). No one else in the restaurant was waiting for food and it took 15 minutes to receive my order (2 burgers and small fry) to go! Patties were over done and the burgers were sloppy...sorry, not impressed!
