I’ve always had a great experience shopping at Food Lion when traveling. This location lived up to the expectations set by other stores. They offer a wide selection of items, from everyday staples to seasonal favorites, and their prices are fair and budget-friendly. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what I need, and the shelves are usually well-stocked. It’s a solid go-to for groceries in the area!
I made an account online, forgot to scan my card at checkout. Left and realized, called the store and the customer service told me to bring in my receipt and they refunded the difference! Always encounter very friendly staff at this location - super convenient instead of having to go into Walmart!
There is only one or two helpful employees at this location. The others seem impatient and unwilling to help. I had no problem with the Food Lion that I went to in Fort Mill. They ordered anything that I or my child needed and were always willing to help. Not here. I have asked them to order certain items, never happened. We have just had to let it go and go without. Now there's a problem at this store and instead of being helpful, they're unkind. I don't know....
