Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I had never heard of Freddy's before driving past here one day. I decided to bring the kids to try it out. The food and the aesthetic feel to me like a mix of Culvers and Whataburger. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The food is made to order, so it takes a little waiting, but the results are excellent.

I just went there for the first time tonight. I ordered their strawberry cheesecake milkshake (w/added bananas) in the size regular. I took a sip and instantly regretted my decision- for not getting a bigger size!!! I'm telling you, if for some reason in Heaven you can drink, this is what I imagine those drinks would taste like. 10/10 -I would take a picture to show everyone but it's already gone... maybe I'll go back tomorrow and update y'all ;)

Arrived at 6:25 and one car was in line ahead of me. Picked my food up at the window at 6:45.

Went to Freddy’s on North Main for the very first time tonight. The service could have been way better. We felt rushed through our order and when I asked what kind of dipping sauces they had the girl just kept saying the usual which I replied I don’t know what that means I’ve never been here. She continued to just keep saying the usual and naming basic condiments like ketchup and mayo. I had to look up the menu online to check the sauces. Asked for seasoning salt and the jalapeno Freddy’s sauce. They said they don’t got the Freddy’s sauce. Didn’t get our seasoning salt. We were missing our hot dog and when we asked the container was handed to us straight through the window with half the hotdog sticking out of the box. Didn’t even take us ten minutes to get home to be even more disappointed. I got a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese and lettuce. Very disappointed. No cheese on my sandwich and my bun was completely falling apart. The sandwich wasn’t even spicy and just bland all together. I was really excited to try this place just to be disappointed. Will not be coming back.

I ordered the tenders and fries combo by drive thru. The service was good although the line was lengthy and slow. The fries are very thin and crispy. All the food was fresh and hot. I enjoyed the taste. I didn't care for the tenders and wouldn't order them again. They are very crunchy and more breading than meat. It was a little too over seasoned as well. Reminds me of the Arby's tenders. Overall, the service was good.

This was my 1st time trying Freddy's, the service was excellent and the employees here were really welcoming and overall friendly. I ordered the California burger meal. And it was really good! I would definitely return and also recommend this location.

This particular freddies, it started out really good. Now, I think it's just gone downhill. Ordered my meal online. Had to wait twenty minutes in the restaurant to get it. Then the order wasn't even accurate. While I'm standing there, I notice the floor is so dirty it looks like it hadn't been mopped in weeks.
If the front of the house looks like that, you can only imagine what the back of the house looks like.
Get your stuff together man! This used to be a good restaurant!
