Great atmosphere, delicious beer, fabulous staff and kid friendly!!!!

We come here every Thursday for trivia because of how friendly and engaging the staff is with my family and I. As soon as i walked in tonight, the bartender let me know that my favorite beer was back on tap. Tonight's trivia theme was Christmas in July and they all dressed the part - as a customer, I really appreciate the effort to add to the experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great brewery in the area.

Came in with our two kids found a seat and started looking at menus.A few waiters passed us,but no one ever stopped by. We waited figuring when someone got a free moment they would stop by but they just kept passing by with no acknowledgment at all. The kids were getting hungry and after about 15-20 minutes of waiting just to be greeted we eventually left. I guess we could’ve flagged someone down, but I don’t feel it should be on us to force someone to do their job.

Delightful atmosphere, staff, and food.

Beer and staff was great as usual. The food has gone downhill bad. Do not get the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. It used to be great with huge crispy pieces of chicken and was served with sweet potato fries. Instead I got a skimpy thin piece of chicken of very poor quality (chicken patty) with some partially seasoned, but bland tortilla chips. Very disappointed. Will not be eating here again.

We thought we would try out a new spot and are sadly disappointed. The online ordering is pretty confusing so I called and asked because I wanted to make sure what I was ordering was correct. The person on the phone was super friendly so I thought it was going to be a great experience but it was far from. I asked if when ordering online if you have to select each item on the burger and he told me “no, it is assumed you want everything on it and you only select it if you don’t want it or want it on the side”. Well as you can see in the picture that is not true. I basically paid $50 for 2 sandwiches with absolutely nothing on them but overcooked patties. I also ordered a pretzel with beer cheese which was not even edible because it had so much salt on it even after trying to dump the salt off it was still like it was soaked in Folly Beach water. Not sure what was in the cup that came with it but we have had beer cheese countless times and it’s never looked like that. Whatever it was there wasn’t even enough of it to dip but maybe one bite of pretzel in it. The impossible burger tasted more like a frozen bean burrito than a burger. Gave it a shot but won’t be back.

The food is fantastic! $10 burger on Tuesday’s is an amazing value. The specials are a good variety and beers change often. Go here!

So the first time I came here had a burrito for 24$. The 2nd time I had wings that were worse than dominos pizza wings. The third time I tried the wings again. Some of the worst wings I’ve ever had in my life. And they were 16$ for 6 wings.

It's a great experience each Wednesday at Frothy Beard Off World in Summerville for Music Bingo! It is a pleasure to collaborate with Dani, Reagan, and the talented kitchen staff! They all facilitate a good time and smooth operations. ✨🎶🤘🏽

Outstanding and creative beer selection, great snacks and very welcoming atmosphere! Staff is super friendly, patient and attentive. Their events are always a great time (especially music bingo) and their Tuesday Burger Night is not to be missed.

The recent review by Cori is missing context. Politics, religion, and alcohol don’t mix well. It’s one thing to talk about the former two at a volume appropriate for a single table, but when you can be heard from across the room, you’re making a scene and need to be asked to leave—especially after being warned.

Cori’s interpretation of her rights is misinformed as well, as establishments such as this risk their alcohol license if they allow her type of conduct. It is common and required (by the state) for bartenders to deny service to customers they feel are uncooperative and/or intoxicated.

Was there this past Saturday and had a great time.
There could not be a more polite, fun and easy going group of bartenders in Summerville.
They were willing to talk through the different beer options, let me try a couple before chatting about the weekend plans. A truly wonderful group.
Food was out of this WORLD good and the specials are changing again soon.
Frothy Off World is a must stop in if you’re looking for good drinks (not just beer!) and good people.

A group of about 15 of us were there yesterday, 11/15/24 about 5/5:30 we all got a drink and I did a toast to my friends…I was toasting our new President. When the bartender yelled across the bar “no politics in here” I said it’s not politics it’s a toast and he repeated himself and then told the other bartender to tab us all out…which was not an issue because I won’t spend another dime there and hope that by sharing this many others won’t either!

What’s really ridiculous is that my toast was over…he could have kept his mouth shut. I’m sure had my toast been rude or crude or sexually explicit he wouldn’t have said a word.

So I love beer… I’m a woman and I drink it NOT like a man… I drink wine at Frothy…and eat like a queen. There are 2 restaurants that are $$$ that I enjoy at the level of cuisine I receive at Frothy here in Summerville.…. Drink beer. And eat. Like Kings and queens…. Best meal in Summerville.. Get here.

Really can’t wait til another month to see what the new specials are. That and the sip sip make for the best of Summerville. Hope it never changes
