Worst dinning experience we have ever had. We ate at the Charleston location 2 weeks ago and everything was flawless. Needing a reservation for Easter dinner only the Summerville location had availability. We waited a hour and a half after placing our order to receive our steaks. Total lack of attention from the wait staff. Ordered 3 aged steaks and 2 filets they brought them to the table and walked away. Every steak was under cooked my sons was seared but totally raw. We were unable to attract anyone’s attention and finally after 25 minutes able to complain to a different waitress. Our waitress came mentioned talking to manger and walked away again for 20 minutes. My wife sent her steak back now 45 minutes after receiving it but my sons were so hungry they ate a big enough piece that it was too late. All the sides were now cold. The waitress came back with dessert menus and said they would comp dessert. 6:30 reservations and received dinner at almost 9. $600 bill and an experience I will not repeat.

We use to love this place, but after today we won't be coming back. We waited over 2 hours to receive our food, and it was all cold (note this was for brunch). We ordered all together: one steak, soup, a kids hamburger, and 2 French toast. We sat around watching people come and go while we sat and waited, trying not to seem like impatient people. Also we had an 11-month-old who was not happy after having to sit there for that long! We don't know what happened, but this is inexcusable for this type of restaurant and service you'd expect out of here. Highly disappointed!
