Feels like there is no point to the 1402 Main Street location anymore. Staff are incredibly rude and inattentive when you're able to actually get someone either inside or outside, and that's if you can catch this place when it is open. Even following their posted hours they are rarely open or taking customers...Hardee's needs to either do a complete rehire or just get rid of this location all together.

The bathroom was nasty. I have a cast on my foot and slipped on the pee on the floor. it was a grumsom ride home with the smell of pee on my foot,,50 miles. the restaurant was dirty and it took 18 minutes to get a single hamburger. the waitress addressed me as honey and sweetheart of which I resent . I use to enjoy Hardee's.. gone forever

Food was slow and greasey. Service awful. After 3 or 4 min they took my sple order. 15 min later I finally got the slop they called food. I will not go back. I almost never give a bad review but this deserves it.

Me and my husband just went there the doors was locked then to the drive through and never came to the speaker we waited 15 minutes and when we went passed by the window there where people in there and the girl just looked at us I think that was veryrude

I might have missed something, but I thought the point of ordering online was to skip waiting in line. The lady working the front counter at 10am this morning saw me standing at the side of the counter for 15 minutes past when the order was supposed to be ready, and when I asked she said I would have to wait in line. She also refused to correct an order from someone else whose food was messed up, on the grounds that he also didn’t wait in line. Terrible service, she should learn to do her job without an attitude

This is LITERALLY the WORST Hardee’s I have ever been to! Customer service is terrible I ordered a HOT ham and it was literally ice cold also they won’t make a milkshake because they don’t wanna scoop out ice cream.

It's started to become less popular these days. No playgrounds or seats for babies/small kids. Really highly priced for a fast food restaurant, especially considering their quality of food compared to others of equal or better quality. Really good breakfast sandwiches and their chicken tenders are comparable to none, super crispy and the perfect combination of spices while still very juicy meat.
