*MIXSON LOCATION* My Wife LOVES chicken wings. She really likes hot wings She really loves smoked wings. She also really loves burgers. Since we've been in Charleston we haven't found any really "spicy" wings. We found really spicy... really good smoked wings at Holy Cow Burgers & Brew Mixson along with A MASSIVE "Fat Burger" that we split... Grilled Cheese "buns", wagyu beef burger patty, two mozzarella sticks, and smoked sausage.. burger .. it was delicious and the fries were fresh and hot. The service was awesome, greeted as we walked up and everyone was patient with us as we reviewed the menu. The owner greeted us and he was great. Definitely will be back, awesome cheat meal or any meal for that matter... get the smoked wings EXTRA HOT!

What an awesome burger...took.me 10 minutes to figure out how to tackle it. But what a great flavor and an awesome mixture. It was juicy and very filling...the sweet potato fries were not only a perfect complement, they were seasoned just right. I pity the fool that doesn't try to tackle this burger!

Their burgers are absolutely amazing! Mouth watering and very juicy, full of flavor! Literally get hungry thinking about it! The nachos were one of the best pull pork nachos we've ever had! The fried pickles were nice and crispy, not greasy! We've tried 5 of their burgers and no burger around the area compares! I love the atmosphere with the mixed decor of wood and tile and farmhouse sort of vibes. The staff was very friendly and service was excellent!! We recommend you check them out!!

They have different beers which are really great! The staff is super friendly and they even good knowledge of the food. The burgers were cooked to order and very juicy. The sweet potato fries are to die for too! Been there twice so far and haven't been disappointed.

Pretty good variety of homemade burger and fries. Nicely focus food menu. Everything was cooked exactly as requested. Nice selection of beer. The only negative was that the beer menu wasn't clear on prices. Will be back for sure! Two thumbs up.

Burger was great. Wontons great. Sweet potato fries great. Onion rings a little greasy and not from scratch is my guess ( frozen). Drinks were good and reasonably priced. Just clean up the Dorchester rd frontage of your space. No curb appeal looking at hand painted sign and mop buckets outside....beautiful inside but you would never stop after looking at the d road frontage. Nothing to draw you in. Think of how many cars go by there daily and you have a mop bucket out there? Our waiter was awesome and it was his first day!!! We will be back

I was told this is a family friendly establishment, but it is more of a bar atmosphere. They don't even have changing tables in their bathrooms. In fact, you can see where they have taken them off the walls. Their burgers are okay...nothing special. Their fries are like Five Guys fries. The beer was good, but that was about it. I was really hoping for a cool place to eat, drink and hang out that is not a chain. This wasn't it....

Great burgers and great service! Love this new spot off of Dorchester Road. I love the setup - lots of tvs which will be awesome for college football season! Great selection of craft brews - I had the Fat Pig Tripel and it was delicious. The Western burger had bacon, avocado, onion rings, bbq sauce, and cheese. I asked for it to be cooked medium and it was perfect! Very impressed by the taste of the burger - I will definitely be back for another. My husband had the Cajun burger - Cajun seasoning with a lot of blue cheese. It was tasty it just needed lettuce or tomato to balance out the flavors. Our server took great care of us and made sure that we had everything we needed multiple times. Very clean, organized, we will be back!

So visited here today to try out a new local place. Overall good concept and food was above average. We had a party of 6 and everyone ordered something different. Pros: Get the Curds: Beer Cheese was very good. Fries were cooked well. Cons: More accurate with burger cook times we had medium for med well request and mixed cook on others. Expediting needs to get better; we had two of the 6 burgers come out with the wrong or missing items (they did bring them out). Also consider seasoning the meat. Lastly hire more people, having your two servers also acting as hostess slows the process.

We were excited about this so close to the house. What a major let down. I got the drunken burger(chili, bacon, beer cheese) and reg fries. The fries were gross taste like old grease. The burger sucked big time. The chili had absolutely zero flavor. The meat had even less flavor which is hard to imagine. The beer cheese was decent. The worst thing was the bun. It was ice cold and hard as an old dry sponge. Stale is an under statement. Wife got a turkey burger. When it came out you could see visually it was overcooked. She said it was like shoe leather. Visually it looked worse than leather. Her sweet potato fries were trash as well. Very bland. The beer selection wasn't to our liking either. They didn't have any thing close to what either of us drink. That's ok though. The food quality is not. We are now across the parking lot at csp gonna order something worth eating

Talk about AMAZING!!! Walked in, seated right away! Had a lovely waitress, Emily. She welcomed us.. Was so kind! We ordered a appetizer which was bbq loaded nachos which were to die for. I ordered a cheesy cow.. Holy cow it was the best burger ever!! I highly recommended them and will be back as soon as possible!

Creative burgers! I had the Fat Cow, and boy did I feel like one after I ate it. Only 2 complaints: 1. Pepsi products but no Diet Mountain Dew. And Diet Pepsi is NEVER an acceptable substitution. 2. The fries taste like onion rings. Would be okay if I liked onion rings, but I don't.

My wife and I came here on a whim and should have known we were in trouble once we stepped in and the place was empty during lunch time but gave it a shot anyway. We waited 25 mins for 2 hamburgers and when they finally came they were completely raw. We quickly returned the food and left as fast as we could. Needless to say we won't be coming back.
