TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I came to eat and the server Raquel charge me on my card 3 times for 3 different amounts, she put in her tip of almost $18 besides the tip I had already left her, I was not notified about anything of the 3 different charges and the voids made, when I came back to the restaurant to ask an explanation and talk to the manager she said āthatās why Americanās do not like Hispanic people here cause you are problematic and you stress out my clientsā mind you sheās Venezuelan and the restaurant was empty and I was talking to the manager not her, she said I had a bad attitude and I was rude cause I came back to ask an explanation!!! I do not know if the use to do this with other customers but you can not decide how much tip you deserve, I am the one giving it to you and you can not charge my card for the amount that you want!! She was totally out of the place and rude to me when I told her that I didnāt understand why she didnāt notify us for the voids and charges, the manager really try her best to help me but with servers like that makes me do not want to come back ever again!!!! If you go and eat there make sure that they just charge you one time and is the right amount Cause sneaky people like her are working there!! Also I know that $18 is not something to fight for but is not the amount is the fact that she does this to people and just get away with it.

Ordered with Uber Eats. There was food missing from all four meals ordered. Called and spoke to the manager who stated he refunded my money, but that refund was never received. Good food, but there is always an issue with this location with take out whether I get it delivered or pick it up.

I have been to this location multiple times sometimes three times a week. Never had a problem get a new waitress. Her name is Jesse and the first thing she does is messed everything up. Sheās very very rude to her customers.

IHOP always has great food but today we had the best server ever! Maria was so pleasant, nice to talk to and really a pleasure to have. If you come here ask for Maria you will not be sorry! She is the exact representation of what people in this industry should aim for! IHOP needs to treasure this woman! We will be back.
