I have never had poor service at this location (Summerville, SC) until today. I ordered a meal, it wasn't made correctly, I was going to remove the wrong items from the entree, but the waitress wanted to take it back to the kitchen to have the items removed. She told me it should be out in a minute at least 1-2 times and gave me the bill. About 30 minutes later, I asked if they were making it. She went back to the kitchen and argued about their not giving it back, but was told they had given it back. She came over to the table across from us and asked the customer if they still wanted the meal and was told she hadn't ordered it. I saw the waitress place a meal on her table about 15-20 minutes earlier but had no idea it was mine. The waitress picked up the meal and gave it to me. She couldn't know that the other customer hadn't touched it--and it was cold. I asked to have it boxed because it wasn't at all warm and she did so. She took the bill and brought it back. I paid the bill but noted on the receipt the meal should have minimally been discounted. I wasn't looking for and didn't ask for a discount, but I was surprised she didn't offer it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at the IHOP located at 1217 N Main St, Summerville, SC. The service was very good — the staff was friendly and helpful. The pancakes were fluffy, warm, and absolutely delicious. Everything came out just the way I ordered it. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely be coming back!

This location don't give discount for military discount. Do not recognize your service for the country. Missing topping on your veggie omelet. Had to ask for the topping which is avocado.
