My husband and I enjoyed a nice late brunch. We both ordered bacon eggs Benedict. We definitely made the right choice. Our server was friendly, courteous and checked our table often. We like this Summerville IHOP because the food is good and the service is prompt. We did not have our handicapped along , but I reviewed that too. After all these years I know. I just know.Wheelchair accessibility: IHOP is accessible. The handicapped parking is right up front, making it easier for those in chairs to get out of the car and into the restaurant fast. The bathroom also done to make it easy to use for chairs and walkers.

At was a last moment decision and I am glad I made it. My daughter and I came here a very long prenatal appointment. When we first walked in the atmosphere was settled nice and chilled. They had a good crowd however it was nice and mellow. The staff is friendly we will greet it and we were seated. We were approached by a young lady named Brooklyn. She was more than awesome. I had to move a couple of times because I couldn't fit due to my tummy and she moved me and my daughter without hesitation. She made sure we had everything we needed the cooks in the back did their thing made me feel like Saturday mornings at momma's. The service was out standing. Everyone was smiling and kind and I needed to feel that, that particular day.

We visited this location and had the Colorado and steak fajitas. Both fajitas were half the size of what they usually are at other ihops. What happen ihop? Very disappointing.They certainly still charged the same! Why make them half the size now! We go to ihop once a month and that is all we eat. So we know for a fact they were half the size.Corporate should send a secret shopper to try your fajitas so they can see how you are shorting people and why you will loose your clients! We certainly won’t be returning to your location!

Our food was delicious & our server Arnia was wonderful! I had the mega meat & cheese omlete w/ blueberry pancakes & I had plenty of leftovers.
