We were sat, restaurant was empty minus two tables. 3 servers working and not a single person could come and ask us what we wanted to drink for 15 minutes. When we got up to leave after not being served anything, they shouted, “bye guys” on the way out.

Great food, but I ordered online for curbside and was given a 20-minute estimate. I parked curbside and went inside and was told it would be another 15-20 minutes. I asked if they would be bringing it out to the car and was told, "no, we don't bring food out to you". Why advertise curbside and have curbside parking? I waited a total of 40 minutes at an empty restaurant for a basic breakfast sampler. I can't recommend this location for fast (or friendly) service.

Food was decent but there was a smoke detector chirping which was annoying. Not enough to make me complain or leave. We were a bit concerned that when we got there the parking lot was empty. Seemed odd but they were open and all was fine.

Unfortunately, this day they were out of grits. Chose another dish, eggs Benedict only to find out they were also out of hollandaise when they brought out the meal.

You know it's hard to say this but the manager was a very nice young lady very petite and I think the people working for her was not showing her the respect that they should and therefore they were doing a halfway job literally you were getting your meal each part of it came to your table separate we ordered eggs benedict we got the eggs benedict and did not get the hash browns we had to wait for the hash browns and the other person at our table got their hash browns and no eggs benedict so when they came they put them on our table literally 20 minutes later and ask was there anything that they could do as if there were totally lost the manager did make it right almost an hour later she needs to get new staff that respects her because people will stop coming in and we will not be coming back

It's not fair that whenever I go in the early morning they don't want to serve there in the place only for takeout if you want to eat there they don't let them because they always say that they are alone so they have tables, that happens in this ihop what bad service

They were short handed. I waited up front for a couple minutes because the sign says to do so. The server walked out, looked at me didn’t say a word and went about her business. I just left.
The servers/staff are not to blame here. They are a product of suboptimal training and probably have little or no motivation to improve.
Just go to Perkins, it’s like 5 minutes away.

Advertising being open 24 hours a day woke up early to eat there before coming to work went in lobby was not greeted had to find staff only for them to say they were not serving the seated section if your "open" that means all service should be provided who ever worked the 400 am shift please put a note on door like take out only at this time
