Jersey Mike's Subs

We went for a chicken Philly sandwich, and we loved it in the past. Today, after a long time since we'd had one, it was disgusting. I ordered it with green peppers, mushrooms, cheese, and mayo. They added banana bell peppers, too much bacon, and too much red pepper. It had almost no onions, no mushrooms, and the taste was sour. They didn't follow my order instructions. I'll never go back.

They let people in there who don't wear shirts while they're making your meal.. I brought it to the attention, and I was told so what.. So if you want some chest hairs from your customers, go to this jersey, mike.'cause they don't care about you nor what you wear...

Got the energy from either yesterday or Wednesday where I was doing a simple pickup with my son just to not be greeted by the caucasian cashier. The manager for this establishment should teach their workers to do better when dealing with diversity cause never have I encountered any form of racism until I came to this location. Few of the customers was already making me feel uncomfortable when I first got in and I didn't feel welcomed.

My wife also asked for some sauces to go on the side for her order just for them to mess that up and not clearly get the online order pickup instructions. Maybe their could have been miscommunication or a misunderstanding on that part, other than that, the experience I had a few days ago was horrible, and hope the entire staff properly gets better educated with how to treat people who looks different from them. I felt discriminated against and racist energy during my visit. Won't feel happy to make a return in the near future.

I love jersey mikes but there was a lot of things missing from my salad this time. I ordered a club and there was no bacon or spicy mustard, mayo. My step son’s bacon was missing too

First time for me eating at Jersey Mikes, and hubby wanted to try their new Gluten free sub since he has celiac. The staff behind the counter were friendly and worked quickly. He got a full sub and I got a half sub with chips and a drink, it was almost $40 😳. That was probably the most we’ve ever spent on sandwiches. My Italian sub was good, I love that they have the finely shredded lettuce and I enjoyed it. My husband sub was a bit dry and falling apart a bit because it was GF bread so we get it. We thought that the other half we ate later reheated tasted better because the bread stayed together and even tasted better and less dry.
For the price, I’m not sure if we would return but it was an overall a pleasant experience.

I love Jersey Mikes. I usually order the Italian with the parm bread but I wanted something softer so I ordered white. I didn't expect it to be charmin soft but it was stale and hard. I ate a little over half but left the rest. Oh and it had tomatoes only when I wanted lettuce only. I may have hit the wrong topping myself so that didn't bother me. Just the the rock hard part on the second half. It's ok though Uber refunded me for the sandwich. They could have just refunded half cause I ate half but they refunded the whole sandwich. Moral of the story is it's the first time my sandwich wasn't satisfactory and I get Jersey Mikes a lot. So I still recommend them.

They have good subs.

I waited to 20min for them to finish my sandwich just to tell me they gave all the remaining bacon away. To ppl that ordered waybafter me. That was half my order. This place sucks. The service is terrible and the food matchs.

The food is good and so is the service but the hot sub cooks are so hit or miss with reading the directions of what a customer asks for. I typically get a number 16 but ask for mayo, lettuce, pickles and raw onions to be added to it after it’s cooked. 8/10 times they don’t pay attention to the ticket slip and nothing gets added to it. Please do better, Jersey Mikes!

This is the second time we've ordered over the phone and they've left off items we've paid for.
We paid for extra roast beef and pepperoni ($4 extra) on a sandwich, which was left off (see picture of normal portion on turkey sub versus double meat on roast beef & pepperoni).
They forgot oil and vinegar on the side- which was addressed when we picked the order up, no big deal.
After leaving and inspecting the turkey sub, they forgot to put tomatoes on the sandwich.
I never have issues ordering in store, or at other locations, however there's clearly an issue with employees taking/ making phone or online orders. Very disappointing, I won't be wasting my time or money at this location again.

On 7/13 I went into the Knightsville location. I ordered a giant 13 on wheat Mike's way and I wanted to try the new spicy southwest cheese steak chicken on a wrap just as it described on menu. The young lady making the cold subs was clearly asking Julian for help, multiple times as she was also trying to train a new girl. Julian made.it abundantly clear that his only goal was to get out on time, a whole 2 and a half hours later. She asked several times, he made the comment also several times that he wanted to get out on time at 9:30pm. Then comes my order, the giant 13 was correct but the cheesesteak not so much. 1st he calls what I am guessing is my name, I ask him Brandy, he says yeah sure they must've spelled your name wrong. Did not confirm what my order was. Admittedly I did not either as the mispronunciation of my name is common. I assumed he knew what I was waiting for. I get home and sadly it was not what I ordered. It appears to be just a plain cheesesteak on a cheese type roll. The roll itself is so squished it could have been a wrap at that point. Thankfully I am not a picky eater as I was not driving back up to the store to get my food. But I am very disappointed. I feel as if if he wasn't in such a hurry to get out of work and help out his coworkers then simple mistakes won't be made.

Clearly whoever made our subs did not care about this order. I ordered online for my wife and I today, and they were "sub"par to put it nicely... Extra banana peppers on my wife's turkey sub was 3 slices of banana peppers on the whole thing. The "light mayo" on mine was oozing out of the ends and the whole sub was soaking wet and covered in oil all over the OUTSIDE of the bun. Also there was barely a spec of bacon on my club sandwich.

This is my go to Jersey Mikes. I place an order in the app and run in and grab my sub when it’s ready :) Always nice to use the app during lunch hours, or when there is a line! On my last visit I got their Philly cheesesteak sub, and yes it was good, but man I felt like there was a butt load of peppers. I had to take some off.
