Great bread. Cheap on meat, but good. Had to wait for the meat to be sliced. Maybe that's good, so it's sliced fresh. Seating was a bit uncomfortable. All in all, I'd go back, but I'd ask for extra meat

customer service sucks, i went today for the first time in this area and decided to not even get a sub based on the lack of hospitality. walked in was not greeted I literally had to greet your foh first by saying “ hey” because i was so uncomfortable from all the stares ( which only 1 person responded to, the person on the register) . While i looked at the menu to decide what i wanted I couldn’t really tell where to start my order because once again everyone’s just staring and it’s not a lot of talking going on, so i asked the girl on toppings and she said to start off with the girl cutting meats. I slide over to that station and miss emo completely ignored me but when a white elderly couple walked in she greeted them quick ( remind you no one greeted me when I walked in so how are you so loud and proud to do it now??) . As im standing there right in front of her she has still not greeted me, asked me if I wanted to go ahead to order or anything so I decided I would not eat here and just go to Publix for a sub. Also your establishment has a weird smell to it, I’m not sure if it’s the stuff yall are cooking or if it needs to be cleaned but I definitely think that’s something yall should look into. Also this wasn’t around busy time (maybe for online orders), when I walked in it was only 1 other girl there sitting down waiting for her order & when she left with her order she told your staff to have a good day and once again no one responded.

10/10 place I love it so much. I’m not one to write reviews but gosh is this place worth it. The service is just amazing and the food is even better. I was a hardcore subway lover till I came to this mikes. Nothing beats it, I even joke with my wife that I’d give our first up for it😂 I def reccomend this place!

Ordered a giant Philly cheese steak. Half just meat cheese and mayo on roll...what I go was a lot of veggies but mostly mayo and cheese very little steak. I've had this at a few Jersey Mike's this one I will not go to ever again.

I love Jersey Mike's, however yesterday's sub wasn't up to par. Not sure what vinegar was used but it wasn't red wine vinegar and there was no vinegar taste to the sub. Like they splashed on water and oil. Disappointed 😔 since we drove 40 minutes for a Mike's sub

**UPDATE** The manager on duty, Emily was very kind and tried to resolve the issue when I called to let the store know of the carelessness. She offered me a credit that’s good for about a week. I appreciate her willingness to right the wrong.
I ordered a #43 tonight, regular chipotle cheesesteak. Only there was no chipotle mayo. The sub was very dry and no good. I ordered CHIPOTLE steak because I wanted CHIPOTLE. Otherwise I just would’ve ordered a regular cheesesteak. It’s too cold to go back out to have it fixed, but I certainly have had the weather been better. Please talk to the employees about being more mindful when preparing mobile orders. I understand it can get busy at times but had I been in store, I could’ve gotten the sauce added right away. With a mobile order, I didn’t realize it until I got home and ready to eat. So now, I’m just eating a regular cheesesteak sandwich. 😒
