**UPDATE** The manager on duty, Emily was very kind and tried to resolve the issue when I called to let the store know of the carelessness. She offered me a credit that’s good for about a week. I appreciate her willingness to right the wrong.
I ordered a #43 tonight, regular chipotle cheesesteak. Only there was no chipotle mayo. The sub was very dry and no good. I ordered CHIPOTLE steak because I wanted CHIPOTLE. Otherwise I just would’ve ordered a regular cheesesteak. It’s too cold to go back out to have it fixed, but I certainly have had the weather been better. Please talk to the employees about being more mindful when preparing mobile orders. I understand it can get busy at times but had I been in store, I could’ve gotten the sauce added right away. With a mobile order, I didn’t realize it until I got home and ready to eat. So now, I’m just eating a regular cheesesteak sandwich. 😒

Workers must be high! long time Jersey Mike’s customer and old employee from my highschool days. I tried to order a 55 with chipotle after watching the slicer mess up two orders, which was just a Club and he forgot to put the turkey on and he takes my sub order and literally messes it up and takes a couple minutes to take my order. It was just one sandwich then I get my sandwich and it’s not even the right meat like what? I said it like 20 times. Explained what it was, even told him it’s called a 99. Owner needs to address this type service. Not one person in the store looked like they were wide awake and ready to work.

I am new to the area and I love subs but I don’t know what is about this location but everytime I order subs in which I’m spending over 60.00 usually because I order about 3 or 4 giants they don’t listen to what you asked for. I mean it’s always incorrect. Then they argue about points and say you don’t have enough and it’s clear as day your looking at your account that you do have the points they don’t even apologize for all the mistakes.. Jersey mikes is already expensive and they give you 2 slices of meat on the sandwich..I mean it’s terrible

Food was great it was really busy but the staff had my order ready to go in a few minutes. The staff was super friendly and looked happy to be working.

I had a craving and this was the closest sandwich shop for me. I had wanted ham and turkey, toasted. Don’t have a toaster. Their grill is for raw meat for the Philly’s and cross contamination, totally get that, absolutely fair. My bad. Continuing on to the rest of my sandwich, asked for spinach and tomatoes with the lettuce. I quote “we don’t have that, we’re not subway” in the rudest most cut cold tone. Hey, sorry, I had never had jersey mikes’s before and I was in a rush because I was trying to order and not bother them the last hour before they close. My husband got a chicken cheese steak after they made mine. They didn’t ask him what he wanted on it. Just wrapped it up, threw it in a bag and sent us on our way. No offering drinks, nothing. So- my one and only experience with Jersey mikes has 100% left me with a bad taste in my mouth, literally, and will never go to one again.

I ordered subs for the JV Baseball team early in the day to pick up at 3pm. They were ready on time, organized by type of sub, and wrapped up nicely. Staff was very friendly.
