I had a craving and this was the closest sandwich shop for me. I had wanted ham and turkey, toasted. Don’t have a toaster. Their grill is for raw meat for the Philly’s and cross contamination, totally get that, absolutely fair. My bad. Continuing on to the rest of my sandwich, asked for spinach and tomatoes with the lettuce. I quote “we don’t have that, we’re not subway” in the rudest most cut cold tone. Hey, sorry, I had never had jersey mikes’s before and I was in a rush because I was trying to order and not bother them the last hour before they close. My husband got a chicken cheese steak after they made mine. They didn’t ask him what he wanted on it. Just wrapped it up, threw it in a bag and sent us on our way. No offering drinks, nothing. So- my one and only experience with Jersey mikes has 100% left me with a bad taste in my mouth, literally, and will never go to one again.

I came from a different Jersey Mike’s because they wouldn’t serve me because they close the grill down early. I called over to this Jersey Mike’s and ask them do they close down the grill early before closing they say no we don’t. so I went there. Got there about 8:45pm, great service.

Just got off a 12 hr shift ordered on the app. Cancro mikes way add mayo and jalapeños. Picked up sandwich drove home nothing on sandwich but meat drove back up no apology no nothing they remade sandwich that was it. Thanksill go somewhere else.

Big shout out to Emily for making sure my wife’s food allergies were taken into consideration prior to the preparation of our sandwiches. I cant tell you how much it means to have a food provider take the necessary precautions and extra steps to accommodate those with food allergies. Upper management needs to recognize her in front of her peers for a job well done.
