Jersey Mike's Subs

Went in today around 2:20 pm and it was my best experience I've ever had at a Jersey Mike's.
Seemed like everyone was in a great mood, polite and super welcoming.
I got a giant big kahuna with all the vegetables to share at a game night and it was made PERFECTLY.
Great team on staff!

Placed an order online and was told it was going to be ready at 510. Didn't get my order until 520. Two people walked in and got there orders before me.whatsvthe point in ordering online if u still have to wait behind people who walk in behind u.

Please stop putting a gallon of vinegar on the sandwiches. It makes the bread soggy within minutes which makes for an extremely unenjoyable sandwich ??‍♀️

I would like to thank the staff again, working that night. It was close to closing, and our order was by no means small, but we were taken care of promptly and professionally. I know that being close to closing causes stressful things to happen. The staff maintained professionalism and care for our needs.

SPOILED MEAT! Super disappointed and when i called to let them know they didn’t care. Pure silence. I’m sitting here worrying that I am going to be violently ill bc of LAZINESS AND CARELESSNESS. looks like this is an ongoing issue and this location needs to be shutdown. Burns me up.

I went in the Carnes location 3/3/24. A young man with red hair was working. He decided to clean the tables around my table with a strong cleaner. Than he went to the checkout area and sprayed more cleaner getting it all over the bacon, condiments and unused cups. The red head boy and another coworker were talking really loud and cussing.

Food is usually good but try to come 2 times in one month only have bowls or wraps i want my carbs a sub roll it's 5:51 pm people want dinner thinking of giving up I already dread coming staff in large majority acts like your bothering them to order

Ordered the portobello sandwich. Not enough mushrooms. I asked for extra mushrooms too. Maybe it was overlooked. I won't order that again. Other sandwiches are great.
