I went in the Carnes location 3/3/24. A young man with red hair was working. He decided to clean the tables around my table with a strong cleaner. Than he went to the checkout area and sprayed more cleaner getting it all over the bacon, condiments and unused cups. The red head boy and another coworker were talking really loud and cussing.

Food is usually good but try to come 2 times in one month only have bowls or wraps i want my carbs a sub roll it's 5:51 pm people want dinner thinking of giving up I already dread coming staff in large majority acts like your bothering them to order

Don't know about the prior review but I've been to at least 5 Jersey Mike's in the Charleston, Mt Pleasant, Summerville area and this one is my favorite. The staff is friendly, attentive, responsive to my order and I always walk out with an amazing sub. I'm 2 days a week now for sure.

Ordered the portobello sandwich. Not enough mushrooms. I asked for extra mushrooms too. Maybe it was overlooked. I won't order that again. Other sandwiches are great.

I was the only customer in the place. There were three workers. One took my order, one rang me up and one was sitting on top of one of the booths, playing with her phone. I was watching the worker make the Philly steak sandwich. She used a knife to open a cardboard box while the meat and veg were grilling. Then she took the SAME knife and opened a package of cheese. That was gross, so I told her not to use that same knife on my sandwich. She said \"yes, ma'am\" and finished up my sandwich. The worker sitting on top of the booth jumped down, flew into the grill area, snatched up the dirty knife and took it in the back, returning with an identical looking knife, which she threw down beside the griddle, apparently aggravated that I had said anything. If I hadn't already paid I probably would have just walked out. I didn't want to make a scene. I just didn't want the dirty knife used on my food. There should be an adult in the store at all times. The three workers were all pretty young.

I stopped going to Jersey Mike years ago because the one on Goose Creek always cut the meats and cheeses in partial slices and when I complained they argued that it was the slicer and that I was getting the actual amount per the requirement.Now I tried going to this one and nothing has changed, as you see in the photo you can see through the cheese slice. What has happened to quality and with the prices going up, you are NOT getting what you are paying for. When I go to the deli at Public's I get what I pay for, regardless if the slice is thick or thin. Here , it is apparent that you do not get what you pay for.

They told me that they were no longer making any because the grill was being cleaned, I asked her if she could make me one after she’s finished cleaning it she said, no. I asked for a manager, she told me they didn’t have any manager only team leaders. So I left and went to another Jersey Mike’s by Cane bay and they were able to serve me, great guys over there.
