Chef Chris and his team were amazing! We had them cater our 170 person wedding. They did passed hors d’oeuvres and three different stations for the mains. We received so many compliments on the presentation and how delicious the food was. Their pricing was incredibly reasonable and he is willing to work with you to have everything exactly as you want 10/10 would recommend.

Just Eat This was a fantastic catering company for our wedding this past June. Within a decent budget for great food (mac and cheese egg rolls and beef tenderloin sliders were a big hit)

All I can say is WOW!!!! As a type-A interior designer, I chose to plan my April 2025 wedding myself and therefore hand picked each vendor which was a job I took quite seriously. To start, each catering company I reached out to I found myself chatting details with their receptionist. When I reached out to Just Eat This and was responded to by Chris, the head chef & owner himself, I was incredibly impressed! Planning the wedding from a different state, my husband and I were unable to get to Charleston for food tasting. Therefore, I solely picked this team based on their customer service, reviews, and how easy/transparent their process was. When the wedding day came and I finally got to taste our chosen menu, I was BEYOND impressed. Since the wedding, I have had several guests reach out to tell me it was the best wedding food they have ever had. It remained hot, tasted AMAZING & fresh, and there was plenty left for seconds if anyone chose to go through the buffet again. Thanks a million, Chris & the team at Just Eat This!!!!

If you’re looking for a caterer with the BEST and fantastic customer service, I highly recommend Just Eat This. My sister and I both used Just Eat This for our weddings! Chris and Rita put so much love into their food and their charcuterie boards are gorgeous. All of my weddings guests still talk about the chicken and waffles appetizer and delicious entree options. We chose the stuffed chicken, butternut squash ravioli, asparagus and mashed potatoes. The communication from beginning to end made my wedding arrangements a breeze. The staff was also super nice and attentive! Choose Just Eat This for your caterer needs, You will not regret it! ☺️

Chef Chris and his team were outstanding. I was throwing my wife a special 60th birthday party and they helped make sure everything went wonderfully. The guests loved the food and the service was top notch. The team arrived early, had everything setup, served and cleaned up and I didn't need to do anything. All the food was amazing, but I think the crowd favorite was the She Crab soup shots - delicious!

Chef Chris from Just Eat This was absolutely AMAZING. He catered our wedding and we could not be happier with the service. He was really easy to work with, very responsive and patient answering all of our questions. He was able to accommodate a few gluten free people and the food was to die for. Chef Chris is the most impeccable caterer I have ever worked with. He made our wedding day so special. The food was absolutely incredible, highly recommend the short rib and the butternut squash. Chris and his team from Just Eat This are so amazing!! From the beginning Chris was so helpful and took the time to talk through menu selections with us and offered a tasting for us to get a better idea of our menu. Just Eat This provided our rehearsal dinner food truck and our wedding reception food (station style). This team works so hard and we were so impressed with how both events went. Our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was! The chicken sandwiches we had at our rehearsal dinner were hands down the best chicken sandwiches me and my husband have ever had!!!Thank you Just Eat This team for providing the most delicious food and creating a seamless food experience for our dream wedding!

Just Eat This is fabulous! We just hosted our daughter’s wedding this weekend and Chris and his staff provided the food for the reception and cocktail hour for almost 140 people. They also provided a food truck for the rehearsal dinner hosted by the groom’s family. Both events were amazing! All of our guests talked about how great the food was both nights.For the rehearsal dinner Guests were given options and could order chicken sandwiches ( some people told me it was the best they have had) , burgers, French fries, fried pickles, salad, veggie burger, and a drink. His staff was so friendly and they were able to serve 70 people in such a timely manner!The reception was held Sat evening with cocktail hour by the pool/ beach. We had lump crab bites ( the most amazing thing I’ve ever had), pulled pork sliders ( these were giant sandwiches), and a pear bruschetta . All of these were passed and everyone had plenty! They even brought me my own plate of crab bites!His staff was amazing as the huge storm came through halfway through cocktail hour and we had to move cocktail hour inside. They didn’t miss a beat!For dinner we had four serving stations: Taco station with fried fish, skirt steak, and chicken- / rice / and all the fixings! Shrimp and grits ( the shrimp were gigantic!)Mac and cheese and fried chicken ( amazing! ) / and salad and Brussels sprouts ( lots of people said they don’t even like Brussels sprouts but they like those! )Chris is a master! He knows how to cook has a great staff. Responds to emails and questions and is a super nice and patient guy. He is also reasonably priced for what he provides. We highly recommend him !

Chris and Rita are an amazingly talented team. Together they provided us and 50+ guests a wonderfully delicious two day wedding experience. Many of our guests were from out of town and many not familiar with low country fare. By the time they left they experienced some great examples.For our welcome party we wanted something very laid back and causal. To meet this vibe, Chris was able to to maneuver and set up his food truck in our back yard. From there he served some southern favorites including a warm and creamy crab dip, cowboy caviar, pulled pork sliders, fish tacos, and a velvety mac and cheese. The fish tacos were a noted favorite. For the finale Chris treated us to bourbon bread pudding that was gone in a flash.On day two, our wedding day, was even more amazing. It started with passed appetizers of fried green tomatoes, coconut crusted shrimp and crab bites. This was accompanied by a sprawling charcuterie board. The presentation was a work of art, (a big shout out to Rita). Appetizers were followed by an array of dinner fare that was presented at several servings stations. They offered an autumn salad, shrimp and grits, lemony chicken, and sliced beef tenderloin. Theses were served with roasted root vegetables and a mashed potato bar. Dessert included a chocolate mousse, individual fruit tarts and key lime pies. Again the desserts vanished.I can say with 100% confidence all our guests were extremely satisfied. The compliments just keep coming. Not only was the food great but working with Chris and Rita was a pleasure. They had great ideas, were laid back and flexible when needed. We highly recommend them!!

We were beyond thrilled with the dinner prepared by Chef Chris for our daughter’s wedding reception. Everything went perfectly from the start. There were so many excellent menu items to choose from. They were so flexible with our changes and tweaking of the menu. The appetizers were fantastic. The low country egg rolls were delicious and a big hit with our guests. As were the shrimp skewers. The presentation was beautiful. The salmon and chicken were also delicious as was the rest of the dinner. Our guests commented to us that they loved the food. Not only was the food top notch but so was the service. The staff was very attentive, efficient and personable. I am so glad that we chose Just Eat This. Everything about them is first rate from timely communication to complete professionalism. I highly recommend them.
